GBBeware and double check your policy. Petplan added exclusions to policy after it had been issued and did not inform me of there addition. I decided to continue the insurance that came with my dog from a well known rescue centre. Petplan put so many exclusions on the policy, that it was pointless having the insurance. Petplan received a vet report saying no health problems with a dog and then exclude every part of the dog practically, and want to charge £700. I don't think so... I have cancelled the policy as it's not worth the paper its written on. It is very evident they do not want to insure animals that come from rescue centres even though they have been vet checked! I cannot think of any other reason for their actions. Also what is more worrying is the deception l experienced. I was sent a policy by email which had no exclusions, was informed that the underwriter would email me if there were exclusions. I got no email from the underwriter. I went online to set up my Petplan login 6 days later only to find they had added about 8 exclusions which covered practically every system of the dog. How sneaky is that Petplan. You are misleading your customers, adding things to their policy without informing them.

GBHassle free! Pet Plan are easy to contact by telephone. Their call centre staff are most helpful. Claims form easy to fill out. Settlement was completed quickly. The whole process was without hassle. The best thing about Pet Plan is that we are able to give Mia our dog the best treatment possible. Thank you.

GBAbsolutely fantastic company Absolutely fantastic company, honestly couldn’t say enough good things about them, I wish I wasn’t leaving this review as it means my much loved dogs was unwell but sadly these things happen, petplan was there for me, the bill was no small amount either but it was paid in full without any hassle at all! They are fantastic and I wouldn’t be without it now.

GBCannot praise this company enough Cannot praise this company enough. After taking out insurance for my new kitten a few years back he became very ill and required a lot of specialist treatment and emergency vet trips every single claim was paid with no fuss, staff have always answered my questions when I've called. Unfortunately my boy passed away late last year but even then they sorted everything when I informed them. Just got a ragdoll kitten and taken a new ultimate plan out so 3 top plans and I'd never be without. Thank you pet plan!!!

GBWITHOUT A FUSS!!! WITHOUT A FUSS!!!! As Noel says…..gods sake Despicable company where I funded my cats treatment… still advertising…. Go with Animal friends they pay 💰 like insurance companies should. Stop advertising, it’s embarrassing 😳!
