Quality Service from Petplan We have been a customer of Petplan for many years. Unfortunately we have had to make a number of claims over the last few years, particularly for one of our cats. Petplan have been consistently quick and efficient in settling the claims and always with reasons and clear explanations for their decisions. Sadly we have just lost this cat and they offered their condolences, paid the claim and instigated cancellation of the policy. Whilst not the cheapest, they are worth every penny.

Buyer beware…terrible! Buyer beware….terrible…terrible…terrible! Submitted for a new condition and claims were not paid because they said I did not submit within 90 day period. So that creates scenario that any issues I needed paid were within my deductible. Terrible customer service, tereible app, terrible communication, expensive and worthless when needed the most! Thanks for nothing Petplan or Fetch the dodo or whatever you call yourself these days! Corporate infighting and court fights have ruined this company.

Not the peace of mind it seems What an almighty rip off - have been with Pet plan for years and find every way not to pay out with excessive and increasing yearly premiums as your pets age. Seriously -I urge anyone considering a policy - to review the option of putting money in the bank each month. A surprising number of vets agree this is a better option.

Great Insurance company Great Insurance company! We bought a purebred maine coon and he came with 1 month trial pet plan insurance. Firstly wasn't sure if I need to buy it permanently but decided to go ahead and never didn't regret it. Little bit pricey but if your pet is unwell often it very helpful. We have life cover and dental which is great. ( as our kitten has juvenile gingivitis and I know he is covered for dental treatment and we do not need to worry about money). Easy communication, quick respond, quick payment. Recommend for sure.

WITHOUT A FUSS!!! WITHOUT A FUSS!!!! As Noel says…..gods sake Despicable company where I funded my cats treatment… still advertising…. Go with Animal friends they pay 💰 like insurance companies should. Stop advertising, it’s embarrassing 😳!
