Hassle free! Pet Plan are easy to contact by telephone. Their call centre staff are most helpful. Claims form easy to fill out. Settlement was completed quickly. The whole process was without hassle. The best thing about Pet Plan is that we are able to give Mia our dog the best treatment possible. Thank you.

Petplan Pet Insurance spends more time avoiding the claim and keeps requesting more and more ridiculous records. This is NOT the first pet that we had insured, so will be cancelling our insurance and going elsewhere.

Will find any excuse to charge you excesses I paid £30 - £40 per month for 5 years for pet insurance for rabbits and I wish I had just put it in a savings account as my rabbit developed a skin condition in 2021 and I visited the vet 4 separate occasions for treatment and Petplan found every reason to charge me an excess each time. If you use this company make sure you really understand the policy and what wording your vet or you use for each claim. A waste of nearly £3k :-( I wont make the mistake again.
