GBWe were signed up with a Chesapeake UHC… We were signed up with a Chesapeake UHC policy even though we told the agent that we didn't want it. We have made several attempts to cancel it and they will not cancel it but continue to charge our credit card each month.

GBI've used three of the benefits.. I've used three of the benefits... dental, vision and accidental injury. Dental helped me out a lot with 2 root canals and caps on those teeth. I've been visually impaired all my life so glasses always help. Then I'm self employed Hair stylist and those thinning shears took off part of my finger but was replaced and to know i was rewarded for this makes me feel some kind of way🤣🤣

GBMy husband got layed off and I had… My husband got layed off and I had health insurance from his employer. I applied through my work and that was insane so I started searching and found Michael lutz number and called him , it seemed like god send an angel for me. Michael helped me with everything that I was not aware of. He enrolled not just me,but my daughter too. Thanks again for all the help

GBLies from the beginning... I was in the process of signing up for a new health insurance policy and my agent offered surebridgeinsurance.com CancerWise plan witch included heart issues, the policy was for a $15k payout in the event of certain cancer or heart issues but when I received the policy doc's, it was for only $10k coverage, not the $15k agreed upon amount??? If this is how they do business, I would not recommend them at all, whatsoever! Lies from the beginning is not a good way to do business!

GBYour website is not easy Your website is not easy. I was unable to follow the instruction to complete the task because the authorization Code never came through for me to continue. In addition, Too many mistakes appear in my insurance application: 1) Misspell the name, 2) Mistake in automatic payment of monthly premium, 3) Wrong ID number in my SureBridge card causing rejection. All these caused me a lot of time and trouble to call the office to explain and the agent time to respond..... I hope these simple mistakes were eliminated to save time and to make life easier Thank you, Homer Ma
