GBMy basic dental x-rays and a filling… My basic dental x-rays and a filling were pre-approved but Surebridge has failed to make any payment. I was told by Surebridge customer service that the procedures had been billed incorrectly and was given instructions to give Aspen Dental to resubmit, but this also failed on the part of both Surebridge and Aspend Dental (Bradenton, FL.) Another example of the level of fraud and plain greed that has taken over much of heath-care.

GBDan gave me excellent service Dan gave me excellent service. I am in my eighties and laid up with a leg cast. I could not access my policy numbers and had to change my form of payment. Someone had hacked into my previous credit card and charged a dating service to my account. I had to immediately cancel that card and change to a different charge card while I was laid up in bed. He was patient, kind and very helpful. He was able to access four accounts of mine and input a new charge number so as to make immediate payments. I so appreciate his efforts and superior customer service.

GBWith Shelby or Shelly's help With Shelby or Shelly's help, I was able to get through the process of opening my folder with SureBridge. Without her, I don't think I would have ever gotten it done without help from someone who would come to our house. Your directions seemed to confusing to someone who is not good with computer technology. I thought I did it properly and SureBridge kept telling me what I entered was not correct. Eventually, I ended up calling and with Shelby's most appreciated help, I got the information you requested into your computer. Ask one of your Grandmom's or Great Grandmom's to help you come up with an easier way to enter your system. I feel like I am flying by the seat of my pants.

GBMy husband got layed off and I had… My husband got layed off and I had health insurance from his employer. I applied through my work and that was insane so I started searching and found Michael lutz number and called him , it seemed like god send an angel for me. Michael helped me with everything that I was not aware of. He enrolled not just me,but my daughter too. Thanks again for all the help

GBslow paying on claims We filed 2 claims for my husband, they were received almost a month ago (2 days will be a month). One of the claims is showing pending on the portal for over a week, the other claim is not even showing on portal. One claims is for gall bladder removal but they went back 5 years on his medical history, gallbladder flair up is something that happens quickly. whenever we call for update we always get persons with such thick accentss we have to ask for other person. Main complaint is we have policy to help with missd pay, he missed 3 weeks work, we have poicy to help with missed income. Very slow paying not sure we will keep policy.
