I had a concert policy with them I had a concert policy with them. After contacting them and sending them the report they said they had 30 days to respond. Now they said the check was mailed and have not received it after 2 weeks!!!!! Be careful when choosing this company. Check ratings with better business bureau.

Your website is not easy Your website is not easy. I was unable to follow the instruction to complete the task because the authorization Code never came through for me to continue. In addition, Too many mistakes appear in my insurance application: 1) Misspell the name, 2) Mistake in automatic payment of monthly premium, 3) Wrong ID number in my SureBridge card causing rejection. All these caused me a lot of time and trouble to call the office to explain and the agent time to respond..... I hope these simple mistakes were eliminated to save time and to make life easier Thank you, Homer Ma

For the most part the insurance is… For the most part the insurance is good. It paid well on some prescription glasses. Our eye doctor no longer accepts eye med now. Dental has been pretty good, however, when it came time to get a yearly eye exam awhile back, they said I had no more money - that dental benefits had taken from eye??? Guess I don't understand how it works. Keeping it for now, except the premium just went up so remains to be seen.

Affordable eye insurance It’s hard to find an affordable eye insurance and SureBridge is a good one. I have never paid for an eye doctor appointment and you pay for a small amount on glasses but I like my glasses a certain way that is not paid but it would be that way with any insurance.

My credit card was comprised and since… My credit card was comprised and since you take your payments from it, it was denied as I changed cards. It took 4 calls and the help of a manger to successfully change the card to an active one. Representatives need training as all it took was to reinstate the coverage BEFORE changing cards. Why didn't the reps know to do this?
