GBI had a concert policy with them I had a concert policy with them. After contacting them and sending them the report they said they had 30 days to respond. Now they said the check was mailed and have not received it after 2 weeks!!!!! Be careful when choosing this company. Check ratings with better business bureau.

GBMy credit card was comprised and since… My credit card was comprised and since you take your payments from it, it was denied as I changed cards. It took 4 calls and the help of a manger to successfully change the card to an active one. Representatives need training as all it took was to reinstate the coverage BEFORE changing cards. Why didn't the reps know to do this?

GB9 months and still no reimbursements I submitted for reimbursement in March. It is now December. They have asked for prior medical records 3 times now. I have gone to the prior medical DR who ALL say they sent the paperwork. The last time, I got the paperwork and sent in myself. I received another request 2 days ago. Complete run around. No ability to call anyone. Refusal in emails to call me back. BEWARE.

GBWe were signed up with a Chesapeake UHC… We were signed up with a Chesapeake UHC policy even though we told the agent that we didn't want it. We have made several attempts to cancel it and they will not cancel it but continue to charge our credit card each month.

GBLess than satisfied I am less than satisfied with my life insurance experience!!! I have had coverage sense March 2022!! I have made several phone requests for a copy of my policy information, but still have not received anything!! May 2022, sent a email request to speak to a manager, about my experience!! I finally received a email telling Me to setup an account, which I did!! I received a response to the email I sent that said I would receive the policy information I requested!!! I only time will tell!!
