GBLess than satisfied I am less than satisfied with my life insurance experience!!! I have had coverage sense March 2022!! I have made several phone requests for a copy of my policy information, but still have not received anything!! May 2022, sent a email request to speak to a manager, about my experience!! I finally received a email telling Me to setup an account, which I did!! I received a response to the email I sent that said I would receive the policy information I requested!!! I only time will tell!!

GBI had a concert policy with them I had a concert policy with them. After contacting them and sending them the report they said they had 30 days to respond. Now they said the check was mailed and have not received it after 2 weeks!!!!! Be careful when choosing this company. Check ratings with better business bureau.

GBI canceled a policy before it started I canceled a policy before it started . I received a cancellation notice e mail and a notice in the mail that I would receive a refund within 20 days . They have repeatedly lied about the refund coming out ( tomorrow) several times . I finally cancelled the other policy I was carrying. If they can’t even process a refund correctly I don’t want them in charge of any of my medical bills . Buyer beware

GBSurebridge Accusation of Policy Lapse Surebridge accused us of letting my wife's policy lapse when they were paid by credit card every month, January to April. The May payment, when debited to the same credit card, was denied. Rather than call us about valid/invalid credit cards, you sent us an absurd letter about the policy lapse and grace period. We wasted 3 hours on the phone between Surebridge and Via Benefits straightening out your administrative and poor communication mistake. And why isn't the Surebridge Call Center in the USA? You should be ashamed of yourself for sending good jobs to Bogota, Colombia!

GB💯 pleased !! I’ve been with SureBridge for about 2 years now and I’ve been very very pleased with my plan. Saved on a tooth extraction and on 2 new pairs of glasses. So please that I referred my son and he now has a SureBridge plan as well. I would recommend SureBridge to anyone who may need supplemental dental/vision insurance.
