9 months and still no reimbursements I submitted for reimbursement in March. It is now December. They have asked for prior medical records 3 times now. I have gone to the prior medical DR who ALL say they sent the paperwork. The last time, I got the paperwork and sent in myself. I received another request 2 days ago. Complete run around. No ability to call anyone. Refusal in emails to call me back. BEWARE.

Insurance was ok but only one provider… Insurance was ok but only one provider accepted this plan in my area. I had to change dentistry from office I had been going to for 20 years. I recently moved out of state and no providers accept this insurance after a 140 mile radius check by SureBridge representative. I had to cancel my insurance

💯 pleased !! I’ve been with SureBridge for about 2 years now and I’ve been very very pleased with my plan. Saved on a tooth extraction and on 2 new pairs of glasses. So please that I referred my son and he now has a SureBridge plan as well. I would recommend SureBridge to anyone who may need supplemental dental/vision insurance.

With Shelby or Shelly's help With Shelby or Shelly's help, I was able to get through the process of opening my folder with SureBridge. Without her, I don't think I would have ever gotten it done without help from someone who would come to our house. Your directions seemed to confusing to someone who is not good with computer technology. I thought I did it properly and SureBridge kept telling me what I entered was not correct. Eventually, I ended up calling and with Shelby's most appreciated help, I got the information you requested into your computer. Ask one of your Grandmom's or Great Grandmom's to help you come up with an easier way to enter your system. I feel like I am flying by the seat of my pants.

Less than satisfied I am less than satisfied with my life insurance experience!!! I have had coverage sense March 2022!! I have made several phone requests for a copy of my policy information, but still have not received anything!! May 2022, sent a email request to speak to a manager, about my experience!! I finally received a email telling Me to setup an account, which I did!! I received a response to the email I sent that said I would receive the policy information I requested!!! I only time will tell!!
