This low budget ass insurance is… This low budget ass insurance is garbage literally they never answer the phone it’s like 3 of them and they all Ack slow told me the system was down couldn’t honor my towing call back in the Morning i call back she said u have to send in a receipt why wouldn’t you tell Me that in the first place my car been sitting for days better yet why did I add it if it can’t be used then said her manager told her to tell Me that then I call him he said he gotta talk to the managers he gone call me back in 10 Mins this insurance company is wack and I’m definitely canceling they ass asap it’s only 3 of them u are not speaking with anyone new they no It’s u calling as well Reasons why they take forever to answer

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MANNERS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY I got this so-called insurance because I am a Senior Citizen and sadly have to have Insurance according to STATE LAWS that are out in place to rip off the public( Major RIPOFF) even though I do not DRIVE anywhere due to working from home. I started out paying $24.00 a month ' and then after 6 months they raised it to $30.00 a month...Get this, same Odometer number and more money..What a rip-off as usual. I tried to call today, to see why I didn't get my renewal information , and was told I was cancelled due to another Insurance Company has bought them out..Oh and that after being hung up on numerous times and rudely spoken to by one of the claims people ( female) and talking to me like I am so kind of MORON.Not Appreciated at all. I say never ever deal with this SO called Insurance people..Reminds me of a "Bait and Switch" Company..Or an elaborate Ponzi Scheme to screw you out of your money.

Mile Auto has no sense of good work… Mile Auto has no sense of good work ethics. They are broad daylight thieves. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mile Auto, and I must express my profound disappointment with the level of service I received. From start to finish, my interactions with the company were nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. I was overcharged for a premium and when I asked them about it, they kept evading the question and gave unreasonable explanations. I kept pushing until they finally said they had a problem with their system. First and foremost, I'm glad I did my due diligence, otherwise I would have been cheated. Mile Auto are crooks

Excellent Insurance & Service! Excellent service. Charges documented monthly, texted to you & clearly explained: base rate+mileage rate+office rate. Questions answered immediately during office hours. Requested policy changes processed accurately and quickly. Rates much better than other insurance companies for low mileage driving!!! DONT DO IT SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. Their customer service line says their hours of operation are from 9am-6pm. Yet I have called doing those business hours numerous times to get the message “our office is currently closed. I attempted to cancel my policy and have received no confirmation or reimbursement in 10days. I called the claims li e as it was the only way I could speak to a human. They said they have no knowledge of why customer service is always closed and cannot help me. ridiculous.
