Worth the switch! I was using another pay per mile service, and my per mile rate with mileauto is less than half what the other company was charging, and the coverage is the same, except I went with even lower deductibles than I previously had. The agent in the phone was awesome as well. So far, I'm stoked.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MANNERS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY I got this so-called insurance because I am a Senior Citizen and sadly have to have Insurance according to STATE LAWS that are out in place to rip off the public( Major RIPOFF) even though I do not DRIVE anywhere due to working from home. I started out paying $24.00 a month ' and then after 6 months they raised it to $30.00 a month...Get this, same Odometer number and more money..What a rip-off as usual. I tried to call today, to see why I didn't get my renewal information , and was told I was cancelled due to another Insurance Company has bought them out..Oh and that after being hung up on numerous times and rudely spoken to by one of the claims people ( female) and talking to me like I am so kind of MORON.Not Appreciated at all. I say never ever deal with this SO called Insurance people..Reminds me of a "Bait and Switch" Company..Or an elaborate Ponzi Scheme to screw you out of your money.

This low budget ass insurance is… This low budget ass insurance is garbage literally they never answer the phone it’s like 3 of them and they all Ack slow told me the system was down couldn’t honor my towing call back in the Morning i call back she said u have to send in a receipt why wouldn’t you tell Me that in the first place my car been sitting for days better yet why did I add it if it can’t be used then said her manager told her to tell Me that then I call him he said he gotta talk to the managers he gone call me back in 10 Mins this insurance company is wack and I’m definitely canceling they ass asap it’s only 3 of them u are not speaking with anyone new they no It’s u calling as well Reasons why they take forever to answer

Cut off my insurance saying the bank… Cut off my insurance saying the bank declined my payment but the bank shows no decline. Didn't even notify me before cutting me off. Then say it will be another 7 days before they can get me insured and then what? Cancel me again for another 7 days? No thanks.

Ask for Heather in Customer Service! Heather was just outstanding! I’m not going to go full into detail but the previous lady that I had talked to in customer service was super rude and gave me attitude when I was asking questions about a refund of mine. Heather, was so patient, calm and understanding and she broke down what I was refunded for, why, and went into detail about my questions. Not only that, but she was so sweet and just made a weight lift off my shoulders. Heather if you’re reading this, thank you again for really helping me!!
