GBFaulty app I think if you have the app open to time your workout and it comes time to submit and you gets “oops something went wrong “ . There should be some way for this vitality app to still have the information that the work out took place at the gym location and time. Having to mow provide proof of work out because of faulty app is annoying. It happens too often. Defeat the purpose of using the app.

GBGet nothing but a run around Mind you this is still ongoing...my husbands mother passed at 97 in November 2023, father in 2012. Policy was on both parents so both had to pass. Sent EVERYTHING including death certificates for both in December. Re-sent in January because they "lost" everything. We call every week and get nothing but different excuses for not sending out the death benefit. "another dept accidently received it, give us 48 hours" Sure. Right. Call again... "Can't figure out the amount" (we have a statement). "It hasn't been 10 days" Wow, I'm pretty sure it has. "it will be in the mail in another couple of weeks" Oh and the best one is "it will only be half the amount" (did I mention we have a statement) And just so everyone is aware, they do not pay interest on money that they "hang on to". We have since filled a claim with the insurance commissioner in our state.

GBI love my insurance BUT... I love my insurance and I particularly love the vitality program! I have enjoyed every minute of “paying for my Apple Watch” through working out and through getting healthier! I’ve run wayyyyy more in my year of having vitality. But I will say I’m a little concerned that I did not receive any cash back like I was told I would for reaching the platinum level in my first year. I’ve sent several emails to try figure out if it was a mistake and I get no response. If that had gone as planned I would have easily 5 starred this review but now I’m doubting I will get what was promised when I signed up for my life insurance.

GBRewards are awesome I have the vitality life insurance plan. I love it, and it’s nice to get rewards for being active. I have an Apple Watch through this plan and I haven’t had to pay anything on it because of exercise goals I meet. Definitely would recommend

GBThis company is dishonest and… This company is dishonest and incompetent. They will not actually pay out the loyalty cash back and will tell a wide variety of lies to try to get you off the phone if you call in to inquire. They also block premium payments to try and drop policy holders they no longer wish to cover.
