GBPlatinum Status does not equal 15% premium refund While I enjoyed reaching Platinum status, mathematically, the premium refund that was sent to me did not equate to 15%. This has left a feeling of false advertising.

GBJohn Hancock Vitality will change your life! I have loved being a part of the John Hancock Vitality program. Not only do I have incredible and reliable insurance coverage, the Vitality program has helped me to stay focused on my fitness goals! JHV has rewarded my efforts with gift cards, grocery discounts and an end-of-year rebate on my premiums....all for just for working to be a happier and healthier person. I now pay more attention to preventative healthcare, my sleep patterns and my food choices. Oh yeah, a free Apple Watch was a nice bonus too! I would highly recommend getting coverage through John Hancock insurance AND joining the Vitality program. You will love it! It will change your life!

GBWe have JH LTC and recently I was… We have JH LTC and recently I was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. The Oncologist have said not to have anyone come into our house since with my diagnosis if I were to have Covid 19 it would be a death sentence. I qualify for benefits as well as waiver of premium, we have our daughter move back home to help and we requested JH to honor the waiver of premium and we are requesting NO MONETARY BENEFITS. They refused unless we accept having strangers come into house. One would think they would honor this request knowing how dangerous this virus is along with a letter from our doctor.

GBBe Warned!!! Please beware of this company that preys on the elderly! My parents have been paying into their JH long term care plan since 1997. This last year, while tending to my father as he was dying, my 83 year old mother became eligible to start her long term care payments. But because during this time of stress she lost track of her account and missed 4 payments, the account was reduced so she can only recoup 20% of what she paid into it. So she paid $42,000 into the account over 21 years, and now that she is in assisted living and needs the income she has been paying for, the most she can receive back is $8400, which covers about 2 months. Please read the fine print and make sure someone is managing your account if you go with this company. But better not to take on John Hancock because if you slip up one time, you will lose.
