GBAwful!! I was so hopeful when I signed up with TrustedPals. It’s been awful. I met the deductible almost six months ago. I’ve filed claims subsequently and haven’t seen a dime. The website is horrible, and good luck getting help (I’ve tried numerous times). I’m ready to report them. Seriously, do your research and pick another insurance company!

GBDAY 127! Update Day 127! Still waiting. Trustedpals still NOT TO BE TRUSTED! FINALLY got claim approved...but their mail takes 3 weeks. SERIOUSLY? THREE WEEKS? PONY EXPRESS FROM ALASKA? TEN DAYS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!

GBMy mom told me to take care of our dog My mom told me to take care of our dog, because she is too old to go to vet visits. I decided to get pet insurance via TrustedPals. I online paid, but then, no policy number email received. Any email I received, I was to register in the portal in the website. I tried to do this but my only option was to get a quote. I am suppose to know my Pet Parent ID to get on the portal, but no email received on this. I tried to cancel policy because I changed my mind, deciding to use an insurance my vet is familiar with. I called, spoke with rep, and was told I can't cancel unless she speaks with my 90 year old mother. On signing up, and paying, they did not require my mother's authorization.

GBYear 2 - Expensive, Opaque, & Insufficient After my poor review last year - I was contacted by a company representative who kindly managed to FINALLY get my claims reviewed and paid. Silly me, I decided to give them a second chance this year - so renewed my policy. It is the same story - weeks to pay claims, and when they do, they have no explanation of what is being denied (I have illness, accident AND WELLNESS), but I get paid <$100 on $300++ claims. For the amount of money I pay monthly, plus deductible, +co-pays and the hassle of chasing down every claim, this company is not worth it, and I'll be switching plans this year.

GBPoor Comunication I receive an email stating the adjuster… I received an email stating the adjuster had accepted the claim but there is no information except a number and the amount. I have no idea from which month reoccurring claim is. Even a date would help. A photo of the paperwork would be even better. Frustrating company although the customer service is very good.
