GBPoor Comunication I receive an email stating the adjuster… I received an email stating the adjuster had accepted the claim but there is no information except a number and the amount. I have no idea from which month reoccurring claim is. Even a date would help. A photo of the paperwork would be even better. Frustrating company although the customer service is very good.

GBDAY 127! Update Day 127! Still waiting. Trustedpals still NOT TO BE TRUSTED! FINALLY got claim approved...but their mail takes 3 weeks. SERIOUSLY? THREE WEEKS? PONY EXPRESS FROM ALASKA? TEN DAYS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!

GB3.5 months for claim to be processsed Trusted Pals has paid what I have insurance for. So far, luckily, just routine claims. (I pay extra for routine care). However, it took OVER THREE MONTHS to pay my last claim. With he amount of competition in the marketplace, if this happens again, I will switch companies.

GBNot-so-Trusted Pal “Trusted Pals”. What an ironic name for a company so untrustworthy. In 2021 we enrolled our senior dogs, paid our monthly fees on time, but were sent a cancellation notice in early 2023. They kicked us off because they were “no longer covering pet insurance”, YET they are still in business with no end date. And we and our senior dogs with preexisting conditions are screwed. This company is unethical and there need to be consequences.

GBWould not recommend Would not recommend. Only responded and accepted my three-month old claim after I filed a complaint with my state insurance commissioner. I'd receive emails with the excuse they were "waiting on Broadspire". The website is very poorly designed, which I only realized after submitting a claim. There's no way to track your claim and get any status. You must also go through two-factor authentication every login, which is annoying. I tried to save money with what looked like good insurance, but it seems I'll have to pay a lot more.
