About TrustedPals Pet Insurance

TrustedPals pet insurance was created to make sure no dog or cat gets left behind. That doesn’t just mean looking after every whisker for pets who have our pet insurance plan. It means donating 1% of all the profits to help pets who have lost their homes after a natural disaster. After looking at all the pet insurance companies in the market, we couldn’t find a single dog insurance and cat insurance program that cared more about pets than the insurance process. So, we decided to create our own. In 6 months, we built up our pet insurance program from scratch to make sure every pet gets the care they deserve. And from market-leading coverage to all the upcoming added extras that pets (and their humans) are sure to love, we’re determined to make a real difference in the world of pet insurance.

I was little hesitant to get my… I was little hesitant to get my kitten's insurance through trusted pal because I never heard of it. But after deep research, I went ahead and gpt coverage through them. So far, I have made 3 claims (vaccines, visit fees, spay with added wellness plan) Reimbursement came quick, direct deposited into my bank account within few days. I love how I choose 100% coverage with $100 yearly deductible. Plus their premium is far unbeatable. I 100% recommended.

Took them months to approve my claim Took them months to approve my claim, which just went straight into my deductible, so I'm still basically just out of pocket. Pet insurance is never worth it, folks.

Well once Trusted Pals and I got on the… Well once Trusted Pals and I got on the same page everything went quite well regarding claims filed and paid. I was very disappointed when they decided to no longer provide Insurance for pet's. However, I'm glad they decided they would pay any claims filed before termination date September 2, 2023. Thanks again staff for everything.

I have had poor customer service thus… I have had poor customer service thus far....Poor communication in all aspects and a denial of a claim that wasn't a wellness service. Not pleased with your team at this point. I have another claim pending so we will see how this process goes this time around and I may be looking at another pet insurance company....

Poor Comunication I receive an email stating the adjuster… I received an email stating the adjuster had accepted the claim but there is no information except a number and the amount. I have no idea from which month reoccurring claim is. Even a date would help. A photo of the paperwork would be even better. Frustrating company although the customer service is very good.
