GBI am so disappointed I am so disappointed. They close down and won't pay me the claim I have for my dog's dental that would fall under illness not wellness because she has gingervitis. They owe me 90% of the bill. I try to call numerous times and get the run around. I filed this claim on 11/1/2023. No wonder they went out of business. I will go and file a judgement against them in small claims court.

GBTerrible communication Terrible communication. I have to send multiple follow up emails just to get a response. They also get the claims wrong. Takes forever for the money to be reimbursed, if they even get it right. The customer service at Broadspire is even worse. PICK ANOTHER PET INSURANCE

GBNot-so-Trusted Pal “Trusted Pals”. What an ironic name for a company so untrustworthy. In 2021 we enrolled our senior dogs, paid our monthly fees on time, but were sent a cancellation notice in early 2023. They kicked us off because they were “no longer covering pet insurance”, YET they are still in business with no end date. And we and our senior dogs with preexisting conditions are screwed. This company is unethical and there need to be consequences.

GBYear 2 - Expensive, Opaque, & Insufficient After my poor review last year - I was contacted by a company representative who kindly managed to FINALLY get my claims reviewed and paid. Silly me, I decided to give them a second chance this year - so renewed my policy. It is the same story - weeks to pay claims, and when they do, they have no explanation of what is being denied (I have illness, accident AND WELLNESS), but I get paid <$100 on $300++ claims. For the amount of money I pay monthly, plus deductible, +co-pays and the hassle of chasing down every claim, this company is not worth it, and I'll be switching plans this year.

GBCancelled pet insurance for same reason… Cancelled pet insurance for same reason as poster below. Feeling robbed of thousands of dollars with only 1 ever claim reimbursed. They mailed me a letter to an invalid address and that was their ONLY means of notification re: discontinuing service. Took my dog to the vet, (ofc after their termination date) since I had no knowledge of insurance termination and now these things will be considered pre-existing. Realllly cool.... terrible business
