About TrustedPals Pet Insurance

TrustedPals pet insurance was created to make sure no dog or cat gets left behind. That doesn’t just mean looking after every whisker for pets who have our pet insurance plan. It means donating 1% of all the profits to help pets who have lost their homes after a natural disaster. After looking at all the pet insurance companies in the market, we couldn’t find a single dog insurance and cat insurance program that cared more about pets than the insurance process. So, we decided to create our own. In 6 months, we built up our pet insurance program from scratch to make sure every pet gets the care they deserve. And from market-leading coverage to all the upcoming added extras that pets (and their humans) are sure to love, we’re determined to make a real difference in the world of pet insurance.

Took them months to approve my claim Took them months to approve my claim, which just went straight into my deductible, so I'm still basically just out of pocket. Pet insurance is never worth it, folks.

After looking at what felt like a… After looking at what felt like a million pet insurance companies I finally found TrustedPals. What I loved the most was that they didn't allocate how I was able to use the money within the 'wellness plan'. Any time I've ever had a question regarding a claim, I always get a quick response and these people are the nicest around. It feels like the Chik-fil-a of pet insurance companies! I love my pup like he's my child, so finding a company that I felt looked out for his best interests was non-negotiable.

Not-so-Trusted Pal “Trusted Pals”. What an ironic name for a company so untrustworthy. In 2021 we enrolled our senior dogs, paid our monthly fees on time, but were sent a cancellation notice in early 2023. They kicked us off because they were “no longer covering pet insurance”, YET they are still in business with no end date. And we and our senior dogs with preexisting conditions are screwed. This company is unethical and there need to be consequences.

I am a retired legal assistant well… I am a retired legal assistant well used to research. I researched over 30 pet insurers prior to insuring my Baby Bear with Trusted Pals. I choose them because they actually insure routine things no one else covers. So far, i have submitted no claims, but i do have a bill for 6 months of flea and tick medication vet prescribed and understand it is covered so i would be happy to upgrade my review and let you all know how it goes. I have told alk my friends and Papillion breeders about Trusted Pals too and hope they join the Trusted Pals family with their fur babies.

Terrible communication Terrible communication. I have to send multiple follow up emails just to get a response. They also get the claims wrong. Takes forever for the money to be reimbursed, if they even get it right. The customer service at Broadspire is even worse. PICK ANOTHER PET INSURANCE
