GBAfter looking at what felt like a… After looking at what felt like a million pet insurance companies I finally found TrustedPals. What I loved the most was that they didn't allocate how I was able to use the money within the 'wellness plan'. Any time I've ever had a question regarding a claim, I always get a quick response and these people are the nicest around. It feels like the Chik-fil-a of pet insurance companies! I love my pup like he's my child, so finding a company that I felt looked out for his best interests was non-negotiable.

GBNot-so-Trusted Pal “Trusted Pals”. What an ironic name for a company so untrustworthy. In 2021 we enrolled our senior dogs, paid our monthly fees on time, but were sent a cancellation notice in early 2023. They kicked us off because they were “no longer covering pet insurance”, YET they are still in business with no end date. And we and our senior dogs with preexisting conditions are screwed. This company is unethical and there need to be consequences.

GBI am a retired legal assistant well… I am a retired legal assistant well used to research. I researched over 30 pet insurers prior to insuring my Baby Bear with Trusted Pals. I choose them because they actually insure routine things no one else covers. So far, i have submitted no claims, but i do have a bill for 6 months of flea and tick medication vet prescribed and understand it is covered so i would be happy to upgrade my review and let you all know how it goes. I have told alk my friends and Papillion breeders about Trusted Pals too and hope they join the Trusted Pals family with their fur babies.

GBTerrible communication Terrible communication. I have to send multiple follow up emails just to get a response. They also get the claims wrong. Takes forever for the money to be reimbursed, if they even get it right. The customer service at Broadspire is even worse. PICK ANOTHER PET INSURANCE
