3.5 months for claim to be processsed Trusted Pals has paid what I have insurance for. So far, luckily, just routine claims. (I pay extra for routine care). However, it took OVER THREE MONTHS to pay my last claim. With he amount of competition in the marketplace, if this happens again, I will switch companies.

I am so disappointed I am so disappointed. They close down and won't pay me the claim I have for my dog's dental that would fall under illness not wellness because she has gingervitis. They owe me 90% of the bill. I try to call numerous times and get the run around. I filed this claim on 11/1/2023. No wonder they went out of business. I will go and file a judgement against them in small claims court.

My disappointment is over the top! I have spent quite a bit to insure my healthy cat with Trusted Pals, and now that I have a claim (after paying almost $3000 in yearly premiums), they are refusing to cover the exam and blood work to determine her problems. No response to repeated emails--Brenda and Stuart are very nice but ineffectual. And I did not know that they are going out of the pet insurance business in Oct. 2023. I only found this out when I logged in to their website, where they put in a one-liner indicating this info. They did not even have the courtesy to send me a letter to this effect.

Great Choice After reviewing many insurance plans, we decided on TrustedPals and are glad we did. The rates are reasonable and cover many things. We included the Wellness Plan which came in very handy when our adopted dog needed to be brought up to date in all her shots and to have her spay surgery. TrustedPals quickly approved the claims and deposited the funds directly into our account in a timely manner. I would like to be able to see our claims on our account when we log into the website. Hopefully that will possible soon.

Terrible communication Terrible communication. I have to send multiple follow up emails just to get a response. They also get the claims wrong. Takes forever for the money to be reimbursed, if they even get it right. The customer service at Broadspire is even worse. PICK ANOTHER PET INSURANCE
