GBWould not recommend Would not recommend. Only responded and accepted my three-month old claim after I filed a complaint with my state insurance commissioner. I'd receive emails with the excuse they were "waiting on Broadspire". The website is very poorly designed, which I only realized after submitting a claim. There's no way to track your claim and get any status. You must also go through two-factor authentication every login, which is annoying. I tried to save money with what looked like good insurance, but it seems I'll have to pay a lot more.

GBGreat Choice After reviewing many insurance plans, we decided on TrustedPals and are glad we did. The rates are reasonable and cover many things. We included the Wellness Plan which came in very handy when our adopted dog needed to be brought up to date in all her shots and to have her spay surgery. TrustedPals quickly approved the claims and deposited the funds directly into our account in a timely manner. I would like to be able to see our claims on our account when we log into the website. Hopefully that will possible soon.

GBI am so disappointed I am so disappointed. They close down and won't pay me the claim I have for my dog's dental that would fall under illness not wellness because she has gingervitis. They owe me 90% of the bill. I try to call numerous times and get the run around. I filed this claim on 11/1/2023. No wonder they went out of business. I will go and file a judgement against them in small claims court.

GBAfter looking at what felt like a… After looking at what felt like a million pet insurance companies I finally found TrustedPals. What I loved the most was that they didn't allocate how I was able to use the money within the 'wellness plan'. Any time I've ever had a question regarding a claim, I always get a quick response and these people are the nicest around. It feels like the Chik-fil-a of pet insurance companies! I love my pup like he's my child, so finding a company that I felt looked out for his best interests was non-negotiable.

GBMy mom told me to take care of our dog My mom told me to take care of our dog, because she is too old to go to vet visits. I decided to get pet insurance via TrustedPals. I online paid, but then, no policy number email received. Any email I received, I was to register in the portal in the website. I tried to do this but my only option was to get a quote. I am suppose to know my Pet Parent ID to get on the portal, but no email received on this. I tried to cancel policy because I changed my mind, deciding to use an insurance my vet is familiar with. I called, spoke with rep, and was told I can't cancel unless she speaks with my 90 year old mother. On signing up, and paying, they did not require my mother's authorization.
