Pet Insurance is a must! TrustedPals has been excellent so far! Nearly immediately after getting my rescue dog, she came down with HGE, which required an overnight emergency hospital stay. I would have had to pay nearly $2k out of pocket if I hadn't had pet insurance. The claim process was incredibly smooth, and I love that they cover vaccinations and other care as well! Such a good deal for my peace of mind, and given the aforementioned emergency, TrustedPals has already paid for itself for over 3 years.

What I loved the most was that they didn't allocate how I was able to use the money within the 'wellness plan'. Any time I've ever had a question regarding a claim, I always get a quick response and these people are the nicest around. It feels like the Chik-fil-a of pet insurance companies! I love my pup like he's my child, so finding a company that I felt looked out for his best interests was non-negotiable.

I have had poor customer service thus… I have had poor customer service thus far....Poor communication in all aspects and a denial of a claim that wasn't a wellness service. Not pleased with your team at this point. I have another claim pending so we will see how this process goes this time around and I may be looking at another pet insurance company....

My mom told me to take care of our dog My mom told me to take care of our dog, because she is too old to go to vet visits. I decided to get pet insurance via TrustedPals. I online paid, but then, no policy number email received. Any email I received, I was to register in the portal in the website. I tried to do this but my only option was to get a quote. I am suppose to know my Pet Parent ID to get on the portal, but no email received on this. I tried to cancel policy because I changed my mind, deciding to use an insurance my vet is familiar with. I called, spoke with rep, and was told I can't cancel unless she speaks with my 90 year old mother. On signing up, and paying, they did not require my mother's authorization.

Well once Trusted Pals and I got on the… Well once Trusted Pals and I got on the same page everything went quite well regarding claims filed and paid. I was very disappointed when they decided to no longer provide Insurance for pet's. However, I'm glad they decided they would pay any claims filed before termination date September 2, 2023. Thanks again staff for everything.
