GBMy disappointment is over the top! I have spent quite a bit to insure my healthy cat with Trusted Pals, and now that I have a claim (after paying almost $3000 in yearly premiums), they are refusing to cover the exam and blood work to determine her problems. No response to repeated emails--Brenda and Stuart are very nice but ineffectual. And I did not know that they are going out of the pet insurance business in Oct. 2023. I only found this out when I logged in to their website, where they put in a one-liner indicating this info. They did not even have the courtesy to send me a letter to this effect.

GBAfter looking at what felt like a… After looking at what felt like a million pet insurance companies I finally found TrustedPals. What I loved the most was that they didn't allocate how I was able to use the money within the 'wellness plan'. Any time I've ever had a question regarding a claim, I always get a quick response and these people are the nicest around. It feels like the Chik-fil-a of pet insurance companies! I love my pup like he's my child, so finding a company that I felt looked out for his best interests was non-negotiable.

GBPet Insurance is a must! TrustedPals has been excellent so far! Nearly immediately after getting my rescue dog, she came down with HGE, which required an overnight emergency hospital stay. I would have had to pay nearly $2k out of pocket if I hadn't had pet insurance. The claim process was incredibly smooth, and I love that they cover vaccinations and other care as well! Such a good deal for my peace of mind, and given the aforementioned emergency, TrustedPals has already paid for itself for over 3 years.

GBWould not recommend Would not recommend. Only responded and accepted my three-month old claim after I filed a complaint with my state insurance commissioner. I'd receive emails with the excuse they were "waiting on Broadspire". The website is very poorly designed, which I only realized after submitting a claim. There's no way to track your claim and get any status. You must also go through two-factor authentication every login, which is annoying. I tried to save money with what looked like good insurance, but it seems I'll have to pay a lot more.

GBCancelled pet insurance for same reason… Cancelled pet insurance for same reason as poster below. Feeling robbed of thousands of dollars with only 1 ever claim reimbursed. They mailed me a letter to an invalid address and that was their ONLY means of notification re: discontinuing service. Took my dog to the vet, (ofc after their termination date) since I had no knowledge of insurance termination and now these things will be considered pre-existing. Realllly cool.... terrible business
