I have been with American Home Shield… I have been with American Home Shield for over 5 years. Their service is very prompt and courteous. Anytime I have had a emergency at home with maintenance or appliances, they have been really good about sending service on the same day or next day

Would Rate 0 if I Could This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a home warranty company. 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty is much better. Possibly a bit more expensive, but worth the cost. They sent out the wrong service technician to repair my home and sent multiple companies out to my home to fix the same problem. Then, I had to eat the cost for the mistake.The companies they contract for repairs are not flexible with their times and do not try to accommodate the customers' needs. I had to take off work several days just to use AHS contractors to make simple repairs to my home. I will never use this company again and would suggest that you do not either.

Worst home warranty company ever Worst home warranty company ever! They never cover anything - they always say it’s not their responsibility. Or they’ll cover some of it and you still need to come out of pocket with over $1000. EVERY TIME I file a claim with them it’s the same story and answer. Now I’m dealing with a major flood because they refuse to do anything they’re supposed to do.

Timely and professional service Timely response to service request. Kept us informed of the process, from connecting us with a provider, verifying appointment date/time, and to reminding us night before and morning of appointment. Service tech was on-time, efficient in solving the issue, and courteous. A huge time saver from doing all the research ourselves.

AHS provided great service AHS provided great service through local professionals. I am very satisfied with how they solved problems with either parts or like-kind brand new replacements. There were times when I would have preferred to pay for an upgrade but I understood the conditions of this service when I signed up. Regardless, I have no complaints in the several times we used them as they definitely lived up to their commitments in all cases. I can definitely recommend AHS as a very good home appliance insurance company.
