I can't recommend hiscox to any small business. Misleading marketing. Terrible support. Rude claims department who blatantly reject claims that I confirmed would be covered multiple times with the sales rep. Late responses (or none at all). Overall a complete waste of money, pathetic experience and I can't recommend this company to any small business.

They are super great and super quick. They gathered documentations immediately and did not hesitate. I have to say that Victoria is one of the most professionals at Hiscox along with Zach. I called to cancel my insurance in… I called to cancel my insurance in early February. I was assured that it would not renew. To my surprise, Hiscox renewed my policy and charged my card for an entire year premium. Now, they refuse to issue more than a 50% refunds. DISHONEST, UNETHICAL CROOKS.

Do not use this insurer. Do not use this insurer. Failed to pay valid claims and is drawing out the process of a valid appeal so the businesses involve go outside of business. Getting employees to leave glowing reviews is up there with some shady tactics. Who feels that passionately about taking out insurance they leave glowing reviews like you’ve had, all in a couple of days? Stay away.
