Hiscox insurance is a fraud Hiscox insurance is a fraud. They do everything possible to disregard and not respond to claims. Pls DON'T think you have insurance cover as they are only paper. To make it worse they don't respond and they don't realise how much distress they are causing. We are starting court proceedings against them. I called to cancel my insurance in… I called to cancel my insurance in early February. I was assured that it would not renew. To my surprise, Hiscox renewed my policy and charged my card for an entire year premium. Now, they refuse to issue more than a 50% refunds. DISHONEST, UNETHICAL CROOKS.

I was able to get a quote from a very helpful representative over the phone and enroll quickly. Shortly after enrolling, I received all of my policy documents. When I needed to update the policy the next day, another rep was very helpful in showing me how I could easily do that myself via their website and get the evidence of coverage I needed.
