Hello Hiscox Hello Hiscox. I've presented an extraodinary experience with Hiscox. I had a loss within my company and Victoria C. made this process super easy along with Zachary. They are super great and super quick. They gathered documentations immediately and did not hesitate. I have to say that Victoria is one of the most professionals at Hiscox along with Zach. Great work. Company highly recommended.

What Home Emergency Cover?? I have a home emergeny claim with them at this time. My family and I have been without any hotwater or heating for the last 5 days. Ive been told it will take another 2 days before they can arrange an enginner to rectify the issue. No alternaitive accommodation has been provided for the length of the issue and Hiscox have washed their hands of the issue saying i need to complain directly to their emergency cover provider. Given it will be a week since weve have heating or hot water i would have had far quicker resolution by co tacting a contractor myself.

I called to cancel my insurance in… I called to cancel my insurance in early February. I was assured that it would not renew. To my surprise, Hiscox renewed my policy and charged my card for an entire year premium. Now, they refuse to issue more than a 50% refunds. DISHONEST, UNETHICAL CROOKS.

I can't recommend hiscox to any small business. Misleading marketing. Terrible support. Rude claims department who blatantly reject claims that I confirmed would be covered multiple times with the sales rep. Late responses (or none at all). Overall a complete waste of money, pathetic experience and I can't recommend this company to any small business.

Disappointed customer of Hiscox I have been a customer of Hiscox for years. They basically have no online tools for simple transactions/changes to your policy, such as changing the credit card that gets billed for it. I waited on hold on the dial-in number for 15 minutes, only to be disconnected automatically. These days, not having a simple online customer portal system for interacting with your product/services is absurd.
