I feel lied to and cheated. The Bolt representative that I spoke with on May 19th, 2014, Sasha Iyamu-Osagie, said that I would be paying a total of $50.00 per month and he also said that my down payment of $150.00 would cover the entire first 3 months and that I would not have a payment due until August 2014. I received my first bill in the mail, and it says I am paying $60.00 per month and that my first bill is due in 2 weeks (June). On top of this suprise, I had asked Sasha via email on May 25, 2014 for any kind of paperwork or details regarding our policy because all I had received was a 2 page Insurance Binder with a very small amount of information. I have questions for Sasha since there are a few things that I do not understand completely such as why it says "Commercial General Liability"- does this only cover offices and commercial buildings or does this also include the residential side of my cleaning business? Also, will I receive an insurance card or a hard copy document in the mail for proof of insurance? I would really appreciate some guidance on some of these issues that I am having. Thank you.

Requested General liability policy Requested General liability policy, and coverage for my tools, and that I planned on buying a trailer to store my tools and when I did I would want it covered. I was told everything was good and sent a cost and immediately paid it because we had work waiting. Being busy we didn't notice we never got a copy of our policy. After 6 months of "having our policy" our trailer was stolen with all of our tools, $65,000. We tried contacting the agent my phone, and email. Finally fed up we called and requested to speak to anyone that could help. They didn't even have a copy of our policy and asked us for it and we said we never received anything we thought it was normal that they were handling all of our paperwork. Bolt had to call the insurance company to finally get a copy of our policy...seems like our agent dropped the ball big time. To then find out the policies we requested, weren't even on our policy and the company states we never requested such policies. As "all their calls are recorded" I requested all phone calls between us and bolt. 3 weeks later we are still wondering what kind of company would do this to a small business. Like the name says when you hear Bolt...you need to Bolt, because they do not care about their customers.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They don't answer the phones or reply back in a timely manner. TRUCKERS stay away because trying to get a C.O.I for the broker would be an all-day process
