GBHorrible Company Be warned when you have any kind of issue. We have usually had great representatives in the past. Once something goes wrong they will do their very best to put it all on you. The woman we spoke to this morning was very disrespectful and rude. All over a misunderstanding and now they are losing our business. I will make sure to warn anyone of how this company treats their customers.

GBnot good I have been trying to get insurance through bolt for my small business. The gentleman I was working with was not rude but has very poor communication skills. Its been over a week and still nothing. I call and says ill call you back and never does. Im going to go with a different insurance company!

GBEasy to get, but no actual information packet received Bolt Insurance was extremely easy to get and I do have the Proof of Insurance currently. However I have not yet received the detailed policy paperwork that describes in detail what I have with this policy. I was told I would receive my actual policy within 7 to 10 days, it is now going on 3 weeks. If I had the actual policy in hand, this rating would be 5 stars!!!

GBGood/Bad Too many hoops to go through. These guys are the middleman between K&K insurance and I still have not yet been contacted by the company I'm paying. Not a very good experience for small business insurance.

GBTook payment on day 1 , still awaiting refund after 38 days As instructed, sent in cancellation form on July 14, As of 36 days later still do not have refund check after cancelling. 3 phone calls with customer No Service response was " We will send you a check in 7-10 business days" I have heard this since July 14. Horrible service and they are not efficient in how they process refunds. They are quick to take your money though.
