The initial form to get insurance is… The initial form to get insurance is completely misleading. Was checking for worker comp insurance and it made me feel that’s what I was signing up for then it was general liability. It’s been over 3 weeks now to get refunded or yet anything other than a robot email response. Just Terrible customer service!

WARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!! This company scams their clients with the fine print clauses. For example I have general liability. I've been paying my premiums and monthly bill for 3 years. I finally needed to file a claim, Next Insurance denied my claim under a bogus exclusion clause that contradicts what I was cover for. Everyone is rude at this office, they will not let you appeal, they do not have respect for their customers when it's time to make a claim. Bad Faith Insurance company, cancel now your waisting money with them!

They're overbilling me They're overbilling me. I Just paid my renewal last month and they're trying to hit me foranother renewal yet again. It is so absolutely hard.Trying to get ahold of a person and not deal with a bot.Or strictly just text. I have filed with the bbb & am following up with fraud reports to authorities. I can't get any answers or any explanation why they're double charging me. My credit has not dropped and I have had 0 claims. Now my rate is doubled!!??? And no explanation, no warning of price increase, nothing. Nope bye. I have been a customer for 3 years. Your loss

You get what you pay for I guess You get what you pay for I guess! I purchased general liability and commercial property policies. I’m a small coffee shop within a mall. There was a power outage resulting in over 24 hours without power. Lost a minimum of $5,000 in food and equipment. Claims said that because my specific unit (within the mall) wasn’t hit by lightning, nothing was covered. I specifically recall food spoilage being a covered part of my policy, thus the reason for choosing the policies I did. I’m just disappointed I didn’t specifically inquire about the exclusions.

I am a small business owner since 2007… I am a small business owner since 2007 and I have had Next insurance since 2019 .I always pay in full at the start of the policy and have never had a claim, ever. You would think that I would be a great client, NO you would be wrong. My premium for the year ( 2022 )was $520.00. I received my renewal and it was $2259.00. YES IT MAKES NO SENSE. I called them and they said "yep" thats the price. It is there right too do business like that but like every small business owner that is navigating and doing what is needed to survive in this economy and then get blindsided by this price .Not OK As for Next insurance they were good for a discounted insurance company but for that price I will move on. NOT HAPPY
