GBCustomer Service Lacking I've used Next Insurance for multiple clients before and had a good experience. However, this latest round has required 2 months back and forth with delayed responses (only one time on my side) and no policy yet in place. This is an issue to not have timely enrollment in required policies. The only reason I haven't gone to another insurance provider is the integrated option with the payroll administrator we use. Otherwise, Next would have lost this policy opportunity. I will definitely look at other options before sending another client their way.

GBYou get what you pay for I guess You get what you pay for I guess! I purchased general liability and commercial property policies. I’m a small coffee shop within a mall. There was a power outage resulting in over 24 hours without power. Lost a minimum of $5,000 in food and equipment. Claims said that because my specific unit (within the mall) wasn’t hit by lightning, nothing was covered. I specifically recall food spoilage being a covered part of my policy, thus the reason for choosing the policies I did. I’m just disappointed I didn’t specifically inquire about the exclusions.

GBRun - Charged over $7k in excess because of faulty audit Moved business and downsized 2-1/2 years ago. Had insurance rate cut, and make our monthly payment with no issue, but then, we received a bill for over $7,000 because they said we didn't finish our yearly audit (which we were never asked for). We than had the hassle of trying to reopen the audit, which they did, but we can't even login. Every single thing we type, is shows 'Bad Request' and will no even open the audit form. We have asked several times about this via email support, and keep receiving replies that say, "We have an update for you! Your reference number is -------. Great. How can I even view the update? Today we reeived an email from AmTrust showing our 'Final Audit'. Umm how can we even view this, and how would it have changed if you can't even let me fix the information you incorrectly change in the first place? This is an absolute joke.

GBwotkers comp audit We are a small co. we sent ALL our workers comp audit information to affirm the auditors for next., registered mail 5/25/2022 We beat the june 4th deadline sent our info registered mail to affirm. Next then pulled $ 4266.00 from our account blamed us for their error. Affirm & next do not communicate. Our audit info was not opened, It bounced from one affirm auditor to another. After many calls finally found an affirm auditor, who mis placed our info. Next was not prepared for the workers comp audits. Affirm & next blame each other then penalize the companies like us for their issues. This is a very poorly organized co.
