GBDON'T USE THIS COMPANY Unresponsive, unprofessional, and incompetent. I requested a COI a month and a half ago. When they finally respond a week later (if any response at all), each and every one they've sent has failed to meet our customer's requirements. They don't pick up the phone. We are missing out on work because of this company's failure to do their simple job.

GBSCAM insurance SCAM insurance. DO NOT TRUST. Just like the other reviewers, this insurance company non-renewed us also, stating the same BS as everyone else. We always made our payments and had zero claims. NEXT insurance makes it so easy to sign up and convinces you the online movement is the way to go, but buyer beware, there is some algorithm that alerts them to businesses they deem, for whatever reason, as not as advantageous for them, and they will cut you loose without a care in the world and as you can see by the reviews, it is part of their normal practice. Please do your research, as NEXT insurance is not good for any company that likes to establish long term relationships and trust among its vendors and suppliers. As the name suggests... move on to the NEXT option, because they are not good for your business.

GBCustomer Service Lacking I've used Next Insurance for multiple clients before and had a good experience. However, this latest round has required 2 months back and forth with delayed responses (only one time on my side) and no policy yet in place. This is an issue to not have timely enrollment in required policies. The only reason I haven't gone to another insurance provider is the integrated option with the payroll administrator we use. Otherwise, Next would have lost this policy opportunity. I will definitely look at other options before sending another client their way.

GBYou get what you pay for I guess You get what you pay for I guess! I purchased general liability and commercial property policies. I’m a small coffee shop within a mall. There was a power outage resulting in over 24 hours without power. Lost a minimum of $5,000 in food and equipment. Claims said that because my specific unit (within the mall) wasn’t hit by lightning, nothing was covered. I specifically recall food spoilage being a covered part of my policy, thus the reason for choosing the policies I did. I’m just disappointed I didn’t specifically inquire about the exclusions.
