The Home Service Club say I that… The Home Service Club say I that evaporator coil is physically damaged and leaking due to rust and/or erosion and is installed with incorrect freon pressure, which are all exclusions of coverage under the home warranty. Base on information obtained for this claim, the unit did not enter the policy in proper working condition. This makes no since. They keep hanging up on me when I call and won't let you talk to management.

NO Customer Service & No coverage Water Heater broke 2/13, took them 3 days to get some to look at it, dragged their feet another week before coming back saying they needed more pictures only to deny the claim due to rust. The water heater ruptured & you waited 8 days to response, what did you think was going to happen, it magically disappear? Never, Never, Never use this company!

Absolutely the WORST warranty company Absolutely the WORST warranty company. Beware they will never repair your appliance. They checked my refrigerator after a service request callm and said this particular issue is not covered. So I end up losing $95. I have put an A/C service complaint and 3 weeks now nobody has shown up, even after more than 25 calls and I have given up. Their call center is a joke with 30 mins wait time and then you are cut off. you leave call back number and no body calls back. Please do not waste your money with this SCAM warranty company. They just take your money and literally cover nothing when time comes for repairs.

I am a real customer I am a real customer, with HSC policies on THREE different properties, based on these reviews. These reviews must be fake or bot generated. Customer Service agents are customer facing, answer the phone but know nothing and have to 'contact the proper department'. 5 of my 6 issues were not covered (sink faucets, shower valves, slow draining sink's) . Once you file a claim on-line, there is no way to check status on-line without calling in, to those same polite but unhelpful agents. NOTE that the $65 call out fee is for diagnostics, even if your issue isn't covered. Wish I could give them negative stars Wish I could give them negative stars. Bunch of crooks. Don’t know how I fell for them. Absolutely ridiculous service. I already put in a cancellation as of today. They deducted whatever they paid me from my remaining refund. Any time you put in a request, it takes days and then send someone who is not experienced at all. And then deny your claim. This is their process. They claim best on their website for many years. B.S. Absolutely absurd.
