GBIts now september Its now september; this began in may. home service club still won't replace freezer, even though two of their technicians said freezer is shot. And now home service won't even return phone calls. we are forced to get a lawyer and report to better business bureau and california dept of insurance. What are we to think? what can we do? we are now facing an organization that appears to be in scam mode. we hope this reaches people thinking of joining home service club.

GBAbsolutely the WORST warranty company Absolutely the WORST warranty company. Beware they will never repair your appliance. They checked my refrigerator after a service request callm and said this particular issue is not covered. So I end up losing $95. I have put an A/C service complaint and 3 weeks now nobody has shown up, even after more than 25 calls and I have given up. Their call center is a joke with 30 mins wait time and then you are cut off. you leave call back number and no body calls back. Please do not waste your money with this SCAM warranty company. They just take your money and literally cover nothing when time comes for repairs.

GBGood Luck Getting Paid!!! Good Luck Getting Paid!!! I'd give a zero star if possible....as a service provider, we have been trying to get paid since November, 2023. We have submitted no less than 20 attempts and get the run around. Impossible to get a human who can assist. What a scam. Contractors BEWARE!!

GBHSC please resolve client issues This company is not a scam but has terrible customer service. I have had a broken HVAC since 10 days but with no resolution or even an indication what the next steps are. I have called every day twice and I keep getting told that the “proper department” is looking at it and they will call me back. At this point the senior management should look into it before enough consumers join for a class action against it for risks they are exposing children’s and elderly to in summer months with these delays.

GBWe have an unspoken and odd "tradition"… We have an unspoken and odd "tradition" of just inadvertently destroying devices in our homes. The agents are always friendly and welcoming given all the times we've called! The service call is only $75 and it could be replaced if they can't fix it. We love that HSC values our long tradition of using something until it is really useles..
