GBTheir customer service is a joke Their customer service is a joke! I purchased their GAP coverage three years ago when I bought my car. I was just in an accident and put in a claim and they came back saying their is no payable benefit for my claim. Which the difference from what I owed and what my insurance covered was about $2,200. They gave me some stupid breakdown that doesn’t even make sense and I haven’t been able to reach them since.

GBRevelos Auto Repair Partners are Hard to Find One auto service provider declined to work on my car if I wanted to use Assure Guard as they had not heard of this company. After I had to take my car to a dealership, the dealership rep said that they were on hold for a while before getting to someone. They said that they payment terms were not customary to what they see with other warranty programs. It was obvious the interaction the rep had with Revelos (Interstate Assure Guard) was not what he is accustomed to.

GBBUYERS BEWARE-if you cancel your policy… BUYERS BEWARE-if you cancel your policy before the end of the extended warranty, not only will you have paid for the warranty charges to date, but Revolos ALSO withdraws ALL CLAIMS PAID OUT from your refund check. DOUBLE DIPPING. This is not normal, and completely screwed up. Essentially my 2 years with Revolos costed me MORE than if I didn't have a warranty at all. Also, important to note: I purchased the best policy they offer and only got about 40% of items covered by them over the 2 years I had my car. Beyond disappointed with this company. Have used several others in the past and would choose any other company over this one.

GBDon't waste your money! Don't waste your money!! I purchased my 2014 Chevy Silverado with twenty inch tires on it. The bank sold me a "bumper-to-bumper warranty" after having me list all the modifications to the truck (to prove it was worth what I was asking for), so I know that there is ample evidence that I purchased the truck with 20 inch tires on it. Now Revolos says this truck comes with 18 inch tires stock and refuses to pay for anything that could possibly be tied back to the tires. I will never support the bank or Revolos in the future.
