USTheir customer service is a joke Their customer service is a joke! I purchased their GAP coverage three years ago when I bought my car. I was just in an accident and put in a claim and they came back saying their is no payable benefit for my claim. Which the difference from what I owed and what my insurance covered was about $2,200. They gave me some stupid breakdown that doesn’t even make sense and I haven’t been able to reach them since.

USWorst Extended Warranty I’ve ever had Worst Extended Warranty I’ve ever had. Ford 3.5L Ecoboost cam phasers are a known issue that have nothing to do with oil maintenance and the dealership told them that. Ford even has a service announcement for it but will not pay after so many miles. Revolos will find any small reason not to pay for your repair

USVery displeased Very displeased. I bought the best warranty package. It started with the company dragging their feet for two weeks due to maintenance records. Then they went to wanting copy's of the receipts. Once they were produced, they sent out an inspector for him to inspect the claim. Then him not knowing anything about the truck he (assumed) it had bigger tires then what was on it. Mind you a factory set of tires are on it. Now because of some yahoos (opinion) they are not going to cover damages. $6k out of pocket to get the truck back, now I going to hire an attorney.

USThis company is a scam This company is a scam. We had all the right documents and they refused service. Now me and my family is out of thousands!!!! They don’t communicate they have shady customer service. I’m still fighting this cuz money isn’t the issue it’s the principle and what’s right. I think you have have to find them under protective life insurance after doing more research

USRevelos Auto Repair Partners are Hard to Find One auto service provider declined to work on my car if I wanted to use Assure Guard as they had not heard of this company. After I had to take my car to a dealership, the dealership rep said that they were on hold for a while before getting to someone. They said that they payment terms were not customary to what they see with other warranty programs. It was obvious the interaction the rep had with Revelos (Interstate Assure Guard) was not what he is accustomed to.
