I'll start with this would be zero… I'll start with this would be zero stars if I had the option. Second claim now after the first one covered absolutely nothing. Several issues with my rv including hot water heater not working, bad rail in a slide out and some septic/ black tank issues. $100 deductible and they covered $102 worth of the hot water heater problem and said the rest is maintenance... So long story short I paid 4k+ for a warranty that has now covered 2 dollars. PLEASE AND I MEAN PLEASE if you want to set fire to your money buy this warranty.

Very displeased Very displeased. I bought the best warranty package. It started with the company dragging their feet for two weeks due to maintenance records. Then they went to wanting copy's of the receipts. Once they were produced, they sent out an inspector for him to inspect the claim. Then him not knowing anything about the truck he (assumed) it had bigger tires then what was on it. Mind you a factory set of tires are on it. Now because of some yahoos (opinion) they are not going to cover damages. $6k out of pocket to get the truck back, now I going to hire an attorney.

I feel completely CHEATED I feel completely cheated after purchasing this after-market warranty. The first mechanic I took my car too would not accept my car under Warranty Direct because they "have too much trouble getting them to pay out" and they were right! My car was finally accepted at a local Subaru dealership and they found three items that needed repair. The most important repair needed was an oil pump which the warranty should have covered. Warranty Direct would not pay any of the repair costs and the dealership mechanic told me they have a million clever excuses to get around paying these claims. My advise, is save your money for the full cost of repairs instead of handing it to this company.

Don't waste your money! Don't waste your money!! I purchased my 2014 Chevy Silverado with twenty inch tires on it. The bank sold me a "bumper-to-bumper warranty" after having me list all the modifications to the truck (to prove it was worth what I was asking for), so I know that there is ample evidence that I purchased the truck with 20 inch tires on it. Now Revolos says this truck comes with 18 inch tires stock and refuses to pay for anything that could possibly be tied back to the tires. I will never support the bank or Revolos in the future.

Never use this company!!! Never use this company!!!! Every claim that I submitted was denied. The last claim for a "Turbo charger that blew" was denied because I did not have enough "oil changes"- so if you are over 500 miles off on a 10,000 mile oil change, they will deny a claim on anything else in the car that goes wrong. I paid $3500 for a 4 year warranty and threw the money down the toilet. The original warranty was written under "National", but they got bought by Revolos= Revolting!
