USBUYERS BEWARE-if you cancel your policy… BUYERS BEWARE-if you cancel your policy before the end of the extended warranty, not only will you have paid for the warranty charges to date, but Revolos ALSO withdraws ALL CLAIMS PAID OUT from your refund check. DOUBLE DIPPING. This is not normal, and completely screwed up. Essentially my 2 years with Revolos costed me MORE than if I didn't have a warranty at all. Also, important to note: I purchased the best policy they offer and only got about 40% of items covered by them over the 2 years I had my car. Beyond disappointed with this company. Have used several others in the past and would choose any other company over this one.

USAfter almost a year of paying premiums After almost a year of paying premiums, my car developed a brake line leak. The repair cost almost $500 and Warranty Direct paid nothing!! What good is insurance if its goal is to collect premiums and not pay for repairs?!? Maybe instead of a warranty I should have purchased stock!!

USThe customer service person Matthew… The customer service person Matthew Perez handled himself very professionally, he answered all my questions and secured my business. This is my second Warranty Direct Contract, even though the contract price quoted was raised due to a Super Charge not listed. He did a great job and was persistent to gain my business. A job well done.

USI feel completely CHEATED I feel completely cheated after purchasing this after-market warranty. The first mechanic I took my car too would not accept my car under Warranty Direct because they "have too much trouble getting them to pay out" and they were right! My car was finally accepted at a local Subaru dealership and they found three items that needed repair. The most important repair needed was an oil pump which the warranty should have covered. Warranty Direct would not pay any of the repair costs and the dealership mechanic told me they have a million clever excuses to get around paying these claims. My advise, is save your money for the full cost of repairs instead of handing it to this company.
