USRepetitively asking for same… Repetitively asking for same information, claims filed last year and still asking for same. If at all possible for no star, or broken star, would award same. Perhaps they have all the time to waste asking for same information, but I QUIT!!!

GBSCAM COMPANY Refusing to pay out on a legitimate claim, after taking 4 months and asking me repeatedly to send the same information over and over. They required me to send my bank statements, which I'm wondering is that even legal? I've filed a complaint with the NAIC and the state of Florida. I'm looking into finding a local consumer investigator to take a look and report on them since so many people have been scammed.

USWaste of money and time! Waste of money and time! After having to cut short trip to middle east due to Hamas invasion on Israel, I had to alter travel plans that were "supposed" to be covered by my expensive Tinleg travel insurance. It is now 5 months since I have submitted my claim, 5 (five!) different interchanges with their claims department wanting more and more information. The latest request was to see a copy of our boarding pass from our shortened trip!!! Shameful!

USFiled a claim days after my return Filed a claim days after my return, took almost 4 months to get a final answer and get paid and I am an attorney! The back and forth was duplicative and just stalling.

USDon't Use Tin Leg Travel Insurance Company! In October I fractured two vertebra in a boating accident on a remote island in the Galapagos. There was no hospital and no MRI available so my condition was not diagnosed until I returned to the US. However, the pain of two fractured vertebra was so severe, the next day I could not climb into the small prop plane that was the only way off the island. I had to rebook my flight and it took two days before I was able to move enough to get onto the plane. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the new plane flight and was told I had to have a letter from a doctor saying I could not leave on the appointed plane, but the doctor did not know my back was broken because he didn't have the equipment to diagnose it, so no letter was possible. I provided documentation of my condition when I returned to US and had an MRI but Tin Leg refused reimburse me for the changed flight.
