GBWORST OF THE WORST!! WORST OF THE WORST!!! While buying a new car at dealership I was offered to switch to ALLSTATE. I was promised a much better deal than I had with PEMCO at the time, and my premium did go down by $30, but only for a few months, and then it went up by $60. Then I had a water leak at my house and two water damage certified third party companies confirmed it was a short term damage, whereas Allstate adjuster Nikolas and his manager Ross insisted it was long term and didn’t cover the damage. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND PEOPLE.

GBRacial denials! Allstate is purposely denying people of color , in my opinion, claims on their houses. If anyone else that is of color has experienced this - please respond to this review. I can also be reached at I believe there are class action ramifications from their actions .

GBReceived a call from an allstate agent… Received a call from an allstate agent soliciting my service. As I was telling him, nicely, to remove me from the call log because I am happy with my current services, he hung up on me. This is a horrible representation of allstate and you should know that you have rude employees making calls on behalf of your company.

GBTerrible on response Terrible on response. Then when Simpson finally did respond, he suddenly stopped. My policy change request was important before my renewal was approaching as Allstate was charging me a significant monthly increase. And he just left me hanging. Then when I call, you get sent to a voicemail service, no answer! I am leaving as we speak.

GBElder Abuse and Scam Elder abuse and scam. Allstate jumped their prices and charged my elderly mother $3400 a year for car insurance on a car that is over 12 years old. She had been with them for decades and was on autopay and has very little savings. By the time I noticed, they had taken over $4k. I called and got her the exact same coverage from Progressive for just under $860 a year. We also canceled her home coverage and Allstate sent her to collections for an additional $50 they say she owes on her home insurance even though she called a local agent to tell them she was cancelling. These people are no different than a thief who calls and tries to cheat the elderly out of their savings. Maybe they feel like they can justify it because they are offering a service, but it is absolutely no different. So disgusted with this company.
