Within 20 mts of my call for help, Mr Sam, Technician from Allside Roadside Assistance artived my place and unlocked my car door. He is very helpful and dedicated towards his duties.

My car was T-boned by a driver covered… My car was T-boned by a driver covered by Allstate Auto Insurance. My insurance spoke with witnesses who were there and quickly determined that the other driver was at fault, sped to run a red light, and hit my car. Allstate denied our claim without speaking with the witness. When I begged them to call the witness, they finally relented but said it wouldn't matter and then refused to listen to what the witness had to say. I will never use Allstate and strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs. This is insurance fraud.

Racial denials! Allstate is purposely denying people of color , in my opinion, claims on their houses. If anyone else that is of color has experienced this - please respond to this review. I can also be reached at I believe there are class action ramifications from their actions .

Allstate Auto Insurance I should not have to pay more than 90 or above 125 per month for auto insurance. I am 45 years old, I have been with Allstate Auto insurance for years. Safe driving no violations I Never had an accident and my monthly insurance is well above what others pay for auto insurance. Instead of getting the bonus I have to pay monthly fee of $141 per month more than what is expected for basic insurance. Allstate is a scam.

As I was telling him, nicely, to remove me from the call log because I am happy with my current services, he hung up on me. This is a horrible representation of allstate and you should know that you have rude employees making calls on behalf of your company.
