GBYou're not in good hands, with ALLSTATE If I could give them zero stars, I would. We have recently left Allstate. Our agent, Thomas Gordy was useless. We had issue after issue with policy renewals and claims. After leaving Allstate our rates went down and customer service went up with the new provider. We had a permanent above ground pool at our house. It was partially recessed in the ground by 2 feet and was 4 foot above ground. In the middle of the night of the 4th of July the pool wall ruptured. We don't now why, but had lots of heat lightning that night that was caught on video from our surveillance cameras. We filed a claim with our home owners insurance. We were told pools were not permanent structures as they can be taken down each year; then we were told it was covered as it was set in the ground; then we were told it was not covered as the house was not attached to it; then we were told it was covered as the plumbing and electrical was attached permanently to it; then we were told too bad it is not covered and should look for other insurance. We even got the run around from the corporate lines and bypassing our agent. So we cut our losses and left ALLSTATE per the recommendations of our agent THOMAS GORDY. We later found out that when they reported comprehensive claims to our clue report as at fault accidents. Pretty shady tactics is you ask me. So moral of the story, "YOU'RE NOT IN GOOD HANDS, WITH ALLSTATE!" Update 05/02/2024: Still trying to work through the claims issue. Complaints filed with BBB. Allstate tells the BBB that the issue was addressed. BBB closes complaint. When I contact the BBB they recommend I contact an attorney and give me some links to find one. Michelle Elmore claims to be a manager of property claims and was handling updates. Still got nowhere. Her and Andrea Bell updated our contact information but do not respond to other concerns in our communications. Michelle tells us she is It is almost like Allstate takes pride in denying claims.

GBFirst and last time with this company First time and definitely last time with this company. Contractor been messaging them for more than a week as well as leaving voicemails, so I had to call and ask for a manager and still waiting cause guess what...to actually talk to a manager it usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Hope that I won't have to sue them if they don't take care of my issue. But right now they are just ignoring my contractor and lie to him by letting me know that they will call him back. So unprofessional and as soon as they are done with my claim I will start looking for a better insurance company.

GBDisgeniune I wrote a review after they approved a claim and now they are giving me the runaround. I won't receive an item of similar value and it's taking forever for the property to be replaced. I get the impression this particular company hates having to pay up. Shameful. I won't shop at Walmart in the future just because of All State.

GBAllstate Auto Insurance I should not have to pay more than 90 or above 125 per month for auto insurance. I am 45 years old, I have been with Allstate Auto insurance for years. Safe driving no violations I Never had an accident and my monthly insurance is well above what others pay for auto insurance. Instead of getting the bonus I have to pay monthly fee of $141 per month more than what is expected for basic insurance. Allstate is a scam.
