First and last time with this company First time and definitely last time with this company. Contractor been messaging them for more than a week as well as leaving voicemails, so I had to call and ask for a manager and still waiting cause guess what...to actually talk to a manager it usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Hope that I won't have to sue them if they don't take care of my issue. But right now they are just ignoring my contractor and lie to him by letting me know that they will call him back. So unprofessional and as soon as they are done with my claim I will start looking for a better insurance company.

My car was T-boned by a driver covered… My car was T-boned by a driver covered by Allstate Auto Insurance. My insurance spoke with witnesses who were there and quickly determined that the other driver was at fault, sped to run a red light, and hit my car. Allstate denied our claim without speaking with the witness. When I begged them to call the witness, they finally relented but said it wouldn't matter and then refused to listen to what the witness had to say. I will never use Allstate and strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs. This is insurance fraud.

8 years with the company and leaving 8 years with the company, zero accidents, zero tickets and they keep increasing my rate every year for the last 2 years and by A LOT and when you call them, rude entitled customer reps just brush you off and give you some nonsense excuses. Moving to another company. ALL STATE does not deserve your money or loyalty!

Racial denials! Allstate is purposely denying people of color , in my opinion, claims on their houses. If anyone else that is of color has experienced this - please respond to this review. I can also be reached at I believe there are class action ramifications from their actions .

Allstate is horrible!!!! Don't learn the hard way like I did Worst insurance company. Let me make a claim told me I was covered, adjuster called and told me I was not covered. Called customer service back he said I was covered it was showing weird in their system. He told me it was fixed and I was covered 3 more times before hanging up. Called the adjuster back she said he lied. Had to do 2 different 3 way calls with adjuster and customer service to listen them argue covered not covered. After it was all said and done. I ended up having my claim denied because I had full coverage with everything but collision. So everything was covered except the ONE thing that has a loan on it.
