THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND...THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY...STAY AWAY! This company does not honor their refund policy. It's been a 3 month battle with the company to get me my refund. Their excuse is "I don't store credit card information so you need to give us your credit card info" but when I explain that my card was replaced with a new one they say "I need a letter from you bank stating the old card was replaced" but what they don't realize is that banks don't store old card information, let alone for them to state they replaced the old one for a new. This company is a total SCAM.

I wish ABC News would do a story about all of the loopholes this company uses to get out of paying claims taking advantage of people who don’t have money to waste on bogus coverage.

You could just throw your money in a river I've had a policy with APHW for over ten years and made my first claim today. My HVAC unit nearly caught on fire and they will not cover any part of the repair, labor or parts because it is under a manufacturer's parts-only warranty for two more years. Listen when people tell you not to trust this company, they will find a way not to pay your claim and there's nothing you can do about it.

Poor service Absolutely horrible experience. No contractor wants to work with this company and the service guy I got charged me high. Company does not approve the entire service amount and we will have to call multiple times to get documents thro. I was not paid bcos the replacements was not done by licensed contractor, but I didn’t use them as they charge high service charges. What a waste of time, not customer friendly…would not recommend to anyone

I LOVE APHW! I LOVE APHW!! As as new homebuyer, I had several issues. The refrigerator, icemaker, washer and drier. And a few other things. OHMYGOODNESS they took care of everything!! I received back way more than the one-year warranty. I am SO GRATEFUL that I chose this company!! Thank you!!
