GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! absolute worse company to get insurance from. Don’t do it get any other company . Yolanda Rodriguez is a very unprofessional pig in claims and after I paid $280 a month for 3 years for fully comp insurance they make my shop put used parts on my 3 year old car and reduce the cost from 1600 to $1000 only to give me $128 for my claim after I rented cars for over $1000 as this claim took 8 weeks. Complete waste of time energy and mental stress. From the beginning Yolanda was very unprofessional and unhelpful not to mention super rude. Take my advise don’t waste your time and money.

GBABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER TATIANA IS A LIAR! My husband got into an accident with one of their insurers and she lied straight to us and said there was so bodily injury on their policy and once my lawyer was involved we found out they did have bodily injury! YOU GUYS ARE TRASH.

GBMy name is Tracey Bellone and I have… My name is Tracey Bellone and I have been dealing with my claim since November 8,2019. June Delgadillo is my adjuster and asked me to gather the police and fire department reports since my car caught fire she CLAIMS she asked for it but has yet to receive it in 2 plus months I got them in 2 weeks. I am fed up with this insurance company and I plan to find another company once my claim is resolved. Two times this week I've left June and her boss Shana msg to call me telling them I have the reports and guess what they haven't called me back. They take my monthly payment but lag on paying my car and giving me the remaining money. This company is horrible please someone in corporate help me.

GBNO communication. RUDE not to return calls. MY son who is insured on my policy was in an accident with an Infinity customer on 07/22/2020. Their customer was at fault and my son is injured. We have heard absolutely nothing from Infinity at all and neither has our insurance company despite numerous attempts on both my part via voice mail to the adjuster and her supervisor and my insurance carrier has left messages and sent emails. Maybe an attorney would have better luck???? They suck.

GBDoes Anyone Work At Infinity? My husband was in an accident 7 days ago. We have been calling incessantly since then as we have not heard back from anyone. He finally had to rent a car so he could get to work. I was advised to do this from our agent (never has an agent had to get involved to assist with a claim EVER). Even our agent cannot get a reply from their representative. At this juncture, we deserve a rental accommodation for the inconvenience. The car should be at a collision center being repaired instead it is sitting in our driveway. I have NEVER EVER had an insurance company with such a poor response. This company gets an 'F' rating from us.
