Please do yourself a favor don't use… Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything. I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

Shady/questionable practices I had an accident in which the vehicle was a total loss, I suffered a broken vertebra. Infinity denied me coverage based on a technicality that was NOT in my policy. The adjuster, Shana L., refused to disclose how she made the decision, and no appeals process was made available to me. Infinity did not even offer to have a second person look at my claim. I have to pay more than $30K (including car payments and medical costs) for my accident. It is absolutely shameful how they conduct business with such utter contempt for transparency or honesty.

Worst insurance company I have ever had Substandard service and coverage. They use junk parts for repairs. Impossible to cancel policy without being charged a ton of fees. Punished for something that wasn't my falt I have had insurance with Infinity for about 7 years never missed my 907.00 per month payment had two accidents that wernt even my falt and now they are dropping me as of August its pretty sad that they can take your money with a smile on their face but drop you in a blink of a eye...
