GBI really wish it would let you put a 0 I really wish it would let you put a 0! Worst insurance company ever! They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!

GBI had a car accident on November 13 I had a car accident on November 13, 2020. Finally, after a month waiting for an answer Infinity insurance assigned an adjuster: Salomon Krenshaw, I have been calling him for 2 weeks, I have been leaving voice mails, but he never calls me back. Nobody in the claims department can’t help me, only the adjuster that never returns my calls. I know that my car is total loss, I need to find a solution. I need help, PLEASE.

GBDoes Anyone Work At Infinity? My husband was in an accident 7 days ago. We have been calling incessantly since then as we have not heard back from anyone. He finally had to rent a car so he could get to work. I was advised to do this from our agent (never has an agent had to get involved to assist with a claim EVER). Even our agent cannot get a reply from their representative. At this juncture, we deserve a rental accommodation for the inconvenience. The car should be at a collision center being repaired instead it is sitting in our driveway. I have NEVER EVER had an insurance company with such a poor response. This company gets an 'F' rating from us.

GBHorrible Customer Service Much like many of the reviews here, I was involved in an accident with one of their insureds on November 19th. With the exception of the original call to the 800 number to get a claim number I have yet to talk to anyone in person. The adjuster Jave Alvarez has never answered the phone and the voicemail is usually full. It's a month later and nothing has been done. I'm just going to file the claim with my insurance company and let them subrogate.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. IM HAVING 100 PEOPLE REPORT THEM TO THE BUREAU OF BAD BUSINESS. BOYCOTT THEM AND PUT SIGNS UP ON POLES EVERYWHERE TO CANCEL THEIR BUSINESS.
