DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! absolute worse company to get insurance from. Don’t do it get any other company . Yolanda Rodriguez is a very unprofessional pig in claims and after I paid $280 a month for 3 years for fully comp insurance they make my shop put used parts on my 3 year old car and reduce the cost from 1600 to $1000 only to give me $128 for my claim after I rented cars for over $1000 as this claim took 8 weeks. Complete waste of time energy and mental stress. From the beginning Yolanda was very unprofessional and unhelpful not to mention super rude. Take my advise don’t waste your time and money.

I had a car accident on November 13 I had a car accident on November 13, 2020. Finally, after a month waiting for an answer Infinity insurance assigned an adjuster: Salomon Krenshaw, I have been calling him for 2 weeks, I have been leaving voice mails, but he never calls me back. Nobody in the claims department can’t help me, only the adjuster that never returns my calls. I know that my car is total loss, I need to find a solution. I need help, PLEASE.

Please do yourself a favor don't use… Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything. I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER TATIANA IS A LIAR! My husband got into an accident with one of their insurers and she lied straight to us and said there was so bodily injury on their policy and once my lawyer was involved we found out they did have bodily injury! YOU GUYS ARE TRASH.

Horrible Customer Service Much like many of the reviews here, I was involved in an accident with one of their insureds on November 19th. With the exception of the original call to the 800 number to get a claim number I have yet to talk to anyone in person. The adjuster Jave Alvarez has never answered the phone and the voicemail is usually full. It's a month later and nothing has been done. I'm just going to file the claim with my insurance company and let them subrogate.
