GBPlease do yourself a favor don't use… Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything. I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

GBThe app is terrible The app is terrible every time you renew your policy you need to make another account instead of them just renewing the dates. The last 2 months when you try to make a new account and you enter your new policy and birth date it gives you a code 500 error no matter if you try in the app or their website. Someone please help me get my new account up and running so I'm not late again paying my bill.

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! absolute worse company to get insurance from. Don’t do it get any other company . Yolanda Rodriguez is a very unprofessional pig in claims and after I paid $280 a month for 3 years for fully comp insurance they make my shop put used parts on my 3 year old car and reduce the cost from 1600 to $1000 only to give me $128 for my claim after I rented cars for over $1000 as this claim took 8 weeks. Complete waste of time energy and mental stress. From the beginning Yolanda was very unprofessional and unhelpful not to mention super rude. Take my advise don’t waste your time and money.

GBNO communication. RUDE not to return calls. MY son who is insured on my policy was in an accident with an Infinity customer on 07/22/2020. Their customer was at fault and my son is injured. We have heard absolutely nothing from Infinity at all and neither has our insurance company despite numerous attempts on both my part via voice mail to the adjuster and her supervisor and my insurance carrier has left messages and sent emails. Maybe an attorney would have better luck???? They suck.

GBThis insurance company is a bunch of…CROOKS This insurance company is a bunch of crooks. My sisters car was parked in front of her apartment the guy that had infinity insurance ran into it and his insurance isn’t even talking to my sister who by the way is in the hospital now. No she wasn’t in the car when it was wrecked. They just will not do their job! My sister needs to go to dialysis three times a week and they have to call a cab because infinity refuses to pay for the rental of a car or any car while their other car is not being repaired because they’re not doing that either do not use this insurance company!!!
