June Delgadillo is my adjuster and asked me to gather the police and fire department reports since my car caught fire she CLAIMS she asked for it but has yet to receive it in 2 plus months I got them in 2 weeks. I am fed up with this insurance company and I plan to find another company once my claim is resolved. Two times this week I've left June and her boss Shana msg to call me telling them I have the reports and guess what they haven't called me back. They take my monthly payment but lag on paying my car and giving me the remaining money. This company is horrible please someone in corporate help me.

The app is terrible The app is terrible every time you renew your policy you need to make another account instead of them just renewing the dates. The last 2 months when you try to make a new account and you enter your new policy and birth date it gives you a code 500 error no matter if you try in the app or their website. Someone please help me get my new account up and running so I'm not late again paying my bill.

Finally, after a month waiting for an answer Infinity insurance assigned an adjuster: Salomon Krenshaw, I have been calling him for 2 weeks, I have been leaving voice mails, but he never calls me back. Nobody in the claims department can’t help me, only the adjuster that never returns my calls. I know that my car is total loss, I need to find a solution. I need help, PLEASE.

My husband got into an accident with one of their insurers and she lied straight to us and said there was so bodily injury on their policy and once my lawyer was involved we found out they did have bodily injury! YOU GUYS ARE TRASH.

I really wish it would let you put a 0 I really wish it would let you put a 0! Worst insurance company ever! They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!
