USI wish I could rate no stars I wish I could rate no stars. They literally lied to us about Right Track, and used it to raise our rate after 90 days of stalking us. And were going to raise our rate when a garbage truck backed into my parked car that I wasn’t even in.

USI wanted to take a moment to provide… I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent experience with your car insurance services. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that my bill was extended without any prior explanation or notification. This lack of transparency regarding changes to my billing cycle was frustrating and unexpected. Additionally, I encountered issues when attempting to cancel my policy. Not only was I charged for services beyond the cancellation date, but the process itself was unclear and left me feeling frustrated. It's disheartening to encounter such challenges when trying to manage my insurance coverage. As a customer, I value transparency, clear communication, and fair treatment. Regrettably, my recent interactions with Liberty Mutual fell short of these expectations. I hope that by sharing my feedback, you can address these issues and work towards improving the customer experience for others. I believe that open communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction are crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients.

USContractors Beware!!! Contractors Beware!!! A Liberty Mutual customer can make a claim, get repairs completed by a contractor, and simply collect the money. They do not ensure their claimants pay for the work completed. In addition, Liberty Mutual does not care if their customers keep the money. What a shame.

USGreedy, crooked, overpriced!! I have been with liberty mutual for 8 years. When I purchased my truck insurance was $181 a month. They have increased rates at 25-30% each year. They are crooks. I am a college graduate, good credit and have been driving for 30 yrs. I had one accident in 2016 and a perfect record otherwise. They are ridiculous, after this month I will never do business with these thieves, will never recommend them, and they are the greediest company I have ever done business with. Nothing impressive, overpriced, terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!
