GBBetter insurance coverage is available at other companies! We were customers of liberty mutual for over twenty years which is my mistake. Should have checked with other insurance companies sooner. Come to find out that LM was charging us for years at rates five times more than the average quote I received from others companies. The other insurance companies were offering better coverage as well. There is no account oversight so they just keep increasing your rates ALOT! You’d think customer loyalty would mean something but not at LM! Lost this customer for good and warn everyone to beware. Now I understand why most reviews of LM are much lower than other companies.

Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that my bill was extended without any prior explanation or notification. This lack of transparency regarding changes to my billing cycle was frustrating and unexpected. Additionally, I encountered issues when attempting to cancel my policy. Not only was I charged for services beyond the cancellation date, but the process itself was unclear and left me feeling frustrated. It's disheartening to encounter such challenges when trying to manage my insurance coverage. As a customer, I value transparency, clear communication, and fair treatment. Regrettably, my recent interactions with Liberty Mutual fell short of these expectations. I hope that by sharing my feedback, you can address these issues and work towards improving the customer experience for others. I believe that open communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction are crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients.

GBAbsolute trash- never had a wreck never… Absolute trash- never had a wreck never had a ticket - almost $400 to insure two vehicles- went to progressive and got the same coverage with even more $ towards rentals and it was $269. Tried to see what liberty mutual could do for me— told me to pack sand

GBLong time customer - never again! After being a customer for over 5 years, I can honestly say I will NEVER go back. They decided to increase my auto policy by more than $350 (over 20%) and the answer as to why was "because those are the rates" and offered no solution to it despite me calling and asking to speak to supervisors. They told me they "valued" me as a loyal customer but did not do a thing to show it. I told them that I was going to look at other companies and they didn't even try to stop me. I got the EXACT same coverage for the same time period with another company (as a brand new customer) for over $1,200 LESS than they were quoting for a renewing customer. I generally don't like to write bad reviews, but I felt this was very much needed because I do not want any other customer to go through this mess.

GBContractors Beware!!! Contractors Beware!!! A Liberty Mutual customer can make a claim, get repairs completed by a contractor, and simply collect the money. They do not ensure their claimants pay for the work completed. In addition, Liberty Mutual does not care if their customers keep the money. What a shame.
