GBWhat a horrible and dishonest company What a horrible and dishonest company. Their client caused an accident that wrecked our car. Liberty Mutual accepted liability, then hired an appraiser that was very dishonest in his appraisal. For the comps, he used cars at local dealerships, but he falsified the sales prices. Each car he used as a comp was selling for 2-4k higher than what he listed. This caused our appraisal to come in 2-4k lower than the actual cash value of the car. Very dishonest company all the way around.

GBRude, disrespectful threaten to cancel when I'm paid? On a scale from 0 to 10, and zero being the worst, then this company rates a minus zero for customer service. Last Friday Patrick: if you don't pay your premium by the 10th even though your policy is good though the 24th I will cancel you for non payment ? NJDOBI thinks NOT. Don extremely unprofessional. For new auto the woman who basically told me to be quiet and raised her voice to the point I had to hang up. Tells you how important you will be as a customer. Gets worse. Amanda " weeeellll if yo had given e your name and information so I could pull you up in the system I would have transferred you to manager. That is who Ismael said he would transfer me directly to a Manager. SHE DID NOT TRANSFER ME. Then comes Sofia oh dear God. She was in escalations!!!! after listening to this litany of horrible rudeness she asks" WHAT IS IT I CAN DO FOR YOU???? Really. She was colder than an iceberg. I hope anyone reading this and observing the whopping 2 star rating knows this is not a company you want to give your money to. I was not even calling with a claim or complain and I went through this nightmare. God forbid calling in a claim. Overall I would pay more and lose the verbal abuse, incompetence and unprofessional conduct. Notice there is no option to reach the CEO of this company. RED Flag

GBI wish I could rate no stars I wish I could rate no stars. They literally lied to us about Right Track, and used it to raise our rate after 90 days of stalking us. And were going to raise our rate when a garbage truck backed into my parked car that I wasn’t even in.

GBMost dishonest home insurance company! Most dishonest home insurance company! Sold my house in MD on July 21st 2023, I send them all the home closing documents to cancel the insurance, to date (March 11 2024) they haven't canceled it and keep sending me renewal emails and refuse to refund the backdated cancelation period. They used all the tricks in the book claiming the official closing documents are not complete! the house is sold 8 months ago and they still don't want to cancel the policy. Thank God I didn't have any claim with these morons; they would have used every trick in the book not to honor the policy. They are Dishonest and Corrupt.

GBMy policy number055943672-01 My adjuster was Cassandra Thompson, she brought in a third adjuster to help her deny my claim. Nonetheless, I sent her my documents, and each time, she claimed that she didn't get them. She even erased them from their online service. The stress from dealing with them made me have a stroke. Now I am being contacted by another third-party adjuster Christina Lickford, who claims that she is helping Cassandra too, I cannot go through this again
