GBI wanted to take a moment to provide… I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent experience with your car insurance services. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that my bill was extended without any prior explanation or notification. This lack of transparency regarding changes to my billing cycle was frustrating and unexpected. Additionally, I encountered issues when attempting to cancel my policy. Not only was I charged for services beyond the cancellation date, but the process itself was unclear and left me feeling frustrated. It's disheartening to encounter such challenges when trying to manage my insurance coverage. As a customer, I value transparency, clear communication, and fair treatment. Regrettably, my recent interactions with Liberty Mutual fell short of these expectations. I hope that by sharing my feedback, you can address these issues and work towards improving the customer experience for others. I believe that open communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction are crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients.

GBAfter using Liberty Mutual for over 14… After using Liberty Mutual for over 14 years, we called and asked if we were eligible for any types of discounts because 1) my husband and I had just retired and 2) we never missed a payment nor ever put in a claim. We were told no. So, we decided to shop around and found a policy for three vehicles, a house, camper, and motorcycle for about $800 less. We called Liberty and told them we were going to cancel our policy; they, in turn, said that since we just paid for the month of March, we should wait until April 6th for the next billing cycle. So, we made the end date on the 6th. Lo and behold, we get a bill for $495.00, and after calling Liberty, we were told that we pay our insurance a month in arrears and because we live in North Carolina, they can charge us a cancellation fee. After going back and forth, we are still flabbergasted with how we are being treated. Our new insurance, Allstate, is also shocked that Liberty Mutual would do this. Buyers beware!

GBWhat a horrible and dishonest company What a horrible and dishonest company. Their client caused an accident that wrecked our car. Liberty Mutual accepted liability, then hired an appraiser that was very dishonest in his appraisal. For the comps, he used cars at local dealerships, but he falsified the sales prices. Each car he used as a comp was selling for 2-4k higher than what he listed. This caused our appraisal to come in 2-4k lower than the actual cash value of the car. Very dishonest company all the way around.

GBWe got a portable cabin shell and fixed… We got a portable cabin shell and fixed it up ourselves. added a closet, kitchen, electric, bathroom etc.... total cost around 40k. during this past winter we had a water line freeze and bust. Liberty Mutual's own mitagation team said that the sub floor was damaged beyond reapir and tha tthe cabin needed to be totaled. It was insured for 93K, Libirty Mutual's inital settlement was for 3K. and that took 3 months to get that number. I am in the process of contacting an attorney.........Never do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBthis company shouldn't be in business… this company shouldn't be in business worst customer service, worst customer treatment, highest prices worst coverage, 5 years over paying for auto and house insurance I would call to find out how I would safe money and they would come up with some reason why I shouldn't change anything, I received a letter from allstate that was god sent spoke to a wonderful lady her name is Lynn and not only she cut my bill in more then half but I have more coverage if you want to safe and have a company that cares call her 2158522648
