GBShocking Shocking. Rude customer service after I've been waiting 5 weeks for a refund during a time when money is needed. That's after insuring with RCIB last year, paying, then discovering one month into the policy that they hadn't finished the paperwork their end leaving me uninsured. Glad I didn't have a crash in that month because they would've washed their hands of me. They're cheap because they're incompetent. First review I've ever written. Stay away from RCIB.

GBThese insurers sent an email to my 21… These insurers sent an email to my 21 year old daughter threatening bailiffs for an unpaid missed payment. We paid her car insurance in full last July. When we spoke to them it was because her black box had registered her being at her uni address. The operator had no understanding of my concerns around the incorrect information in the email. They then charged us £35 to add her uni address to the policy!!! Terrible company, won’t reinsure with them.

GBAwful Honestly I have had a lot of messages about renewing my policy etc. However tried to call 4 tines without any success. Suspiciously when you follow automated service to cancel yoir policy it kicks you off the call. Left messages emails no response. My new insurance is 150 pounds less than their renewal quote as well. No loyalty any more

GBAvoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. I have just sold my car with 6 months left on the insurance and they are only giving me back £22!!!!!! It should easily of been a couple if hundred. They are keeping the rest for cancellation fees, admin fees, and very vague fees. I was supposed to get a breakdown of all this which I intended to send to Rip Off Britain but now cant get any response from them at all. Scam company!!!!!!

GBTerrible Terrible, terrible! I supplied them with proof of my claims as requested, they came back stating that it was in 2022 (within a year). I gave them they updated proof as requested, also my insurance went up a lot. Not only that, but I now have received an email stating that my insurance has gone up regardless. Also, asked how much to cancel insurance? I was told £180 plus even though I have not been with them a month and did put down a deposit. They are crooks, and you can hear call centre staff talking to other clients and swearing.
