Worst Insurance broker. I wished, I have read this reviews before dealing RCib, stay away or you will lose your money and get nothing in return. I mean they are something else seriously. They have called me "to check" some details then recalculate my premium and managed to increase 30%. I have cancelled immediately and they still take money of my account. in short, 14 Days insurance cost me over £300 which should have been £82. 1. First payment £177.00 non-refundable even with in 14days or even part. 2. Cancelation fee £128.00

Shocking Shocking. Rude customer service after I've been waiting 5 weeks for a refund during a time when money is needed. That's after insuring with RCIB last year, paying, then discovering one month into the policy that they hadn't finished the paperwork their end leaving me uninsured. Glad I didn't have a crash in that month because they would've washed their hands of me. They're cheap because they're incompetent. First review I've ever written. Stay away from RCIB.

Wow didn't realise compaies like this… Wow didn't realise compaies like this still exist and come up on compafethemarket. Bought insurance for my bike 27 march thought no more had accident police involved who checked insurance database to discover I'm not insured. Check my bank and not only have they taken full amount of £96.60 but also another payment end on April for £27. Police spoke to them and they say they cancelled my policy after not sending in documents to them but I've never had an email and they say they asked for NCD proof but i declared i had non anyway. Total scam to be dealt with by ombudsman and police. Where that leaves my claim who knows.

WOw where do I start WOw where do I start Avoid this company with all your might My name is Lord Delaney and the experience with this company has unprofessional, ignorant and underhanded not to mention incompetent. 4 times they have dropped my call There website portal / app is not fit for purpose and they have registered a claim when I had no claim in order to push my premium up I call this fraud !!! Apparently they have over 300 staff 6 in a row consecutively had no clue how to deal with the issue I will be moving to the more expensive company as all trust has been lost I truly Can not believe they are aloud to function as a insurance broker Avoid Avoid avoid!!

It's all a Big Fat Scam It's all a big fat scam! Using price comparison sites, they have different insurance names! I thought I was getting Ladybird Insurance but its RCIB- they are a financial broker!! They give you one quote online and then double it after you accepted the cheaper quote. They take out the entire annual amount, even though you selected monthly. Then when you ring them to cancel & a full refund. Within 2 days! They take out £200 cancellation fee. They are a SCAM! Avoid! Disgusting!
