She was a wonderful customer service representative. We need more like her.😊

Did not want to help me. This recent call, Melissa was able to accomplish what the previous associates could not. Melissa listened to my concerns. She was patient. Melissa was committed to helping me resolve my issues. You need more people like Melissa.
