GBReflex has always treated me well Reflex has always treated me well. It's a little expensive for minimums, but every 6 mo. I'm able to get a credit line increase based on one-time payments. They never fail me. They haven't upon requests for years now.

GBThe customer service rep went over my… The customer service rep went over my checking account and found an extra digit listing on my account. That was the reason why my payment was not going thru because of an extra number listed. So, error was gladly corrected and no need for my bank to provide a letter.

GBI'm a satisfied customer. I don't have any any issues with reflex, and agents are very professional courtesy. I wish reflex would offer a first time courtesy credit line increase without pulling your credit If the customer has been with the company one year.
