GBGreedy company Greedy company. I’ve been a cardholder for over a year, don’t have a balance. This card has a $100 annual fee. BUT They tacked on an additional $10/month “service fee” out of nowhere. Seems like the annual fee wasn’t enough to satisfy CORPORATE GREED. Closed my account and won’t be recommending this predatory company.

GBI'm a satisfied customer. I don't have any any issues with reflex, and agents are very professional courtesy. I wish reflex would offer a first time courtesy credit line increase without pulling your credit If the customer has been with the company one year.

I wasn’t concerned about her not understanding what I needed from her she was polite, and willing to answer all questions and help me with anything. I didn’t understand. She was a wonderful customer service representative. We need more like her.😊

GBReflex has always treated me well Reflex has always treated me well. It's a little expensive for minimums, but every 6 mo. I'm able to get a credit line increase based on one-time payments. They never fail me. They haven't upon requests for years now.
