She was a wonderful customer service representative. We need more like her.😊

GBGreedy company Greedy company. I’ve been a cardholder for over a year, don’t have a balance. This card has a $100 annual fee. BUT They tacked on an additional $10/month “service fee” out of nowhere. Seems like the annual fee wasn’t enough to satisfy CORPORATE GREED. Closed my account and won’t be recommending this predatory company.

That was the reason why my payment was not going thru because of an extra number listed. So, error was gladly corrected and no need for my bank to provide a letter.
