USI called in to make a payment and… I called in to make a payment and afterwards I ask Lisa if she would tell me my last 5 transactions, she politely said yes. After going over my transactions I discovered a payment should not have still been coming out of my account. Lisa provided me with the information to call about it. I am so grateful to Lisa for her kindness, professional attitude, patience and complete thoural job. She is an asset to your company. Thank again Lisa.

USGreedy company Greedy company. I’ve been a cardholder for over a year, don’t have a balance. This card has a $100 annual fee. BUT They tacked on an additional $10/month “service fee” out of nowhere. Seems like the annual fee wasn’t enough to satisfy CORPORATE GREED. Closed my account and won’t be recommending this predatory company.

Most times people get on the call and they sound as if they "got to" take the call versus I "am glad to take" the call. She sounded every bit professional - personal and friendly. USThe representative heard me with… The representative heard me with patients and was eager to answer all my questions. I wasn’t concerned about her not understanding what I needed from her she was polite, and willing to answer all questions and help me with anything. I didn’t understand. She was a wonderful customer service representative. We need more like her.😊
