GBI would give zero stars if possible. I would give zero stars if possible. This company is nonresponsive and fails at every opportunity to deliver on promises. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Contact your account providers and have them directly rollover to your new accounts, these incompetent middlemen will do nothing but cause delays, headaches, and possible penalties due to their ineptitude.

USEasy Process and Wonderful Customer Service The whole process was so smooth and much easier than if I had tried to handle my rollover alone. I put my rollover off for quite a while because I thought the process would be a headache, but Travia was so helpful that I wish I had done it sooner! She gave me easy to understand explanations for each step of the process and even helped me to make sure I was moving my money to the right type of account.
