Difficult to locate mailing addresses when almost all my banking is paperless and online electronic. It’s as if Rocket doesn’t trust the borrower to make payments to credit card accounts.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage has… My experience with Rocket Mortgage has been nothing but amazing! My loan coordinator was very helpful and made things easy to understand. She was able to walk me through every step with ease. My closing was a seamless process as well.

Very smooth and easy process Everybody was helpful and responded to my questions and emails in a timely manner. Being able to upload all documents needed and sign/initial a lot of the closing signatures online made the process very easy and fast. The day of closing, a closing agent came to my home at a time that I chose, and we had it all completed in about 20 minutes.

The loan experience was really concise… The loan experience was really concise when dealing with Rocket Mortgage however the experience was not as smooth, working with Amrock Title-company. There were a few glitches which cause the dispersement of the loan to be later than expected. Everything considered I was please with the outcome.
