I really love working online and… I really love working online and uploading all my documents to facilitate this process, which was awesome. The only thing I found frustrating was when I received my cash out in the form of checks instead of wire transfers, I think you guys need to change this policy and help us consumers, get money directly to where it needs to be instead of sending us checks.

stress free Josh made our experience stress free, he explained everything up front and in detail about how the whole process would go, he worked late to accommodate us do to our work schedule. Never got to speak with rest of team but we received emails daily.

New mortgage The experience went well. Everything happened that was supposed to happen. As near as I know nothing happened that was not supposed to happen. The people were pleasant, the software behaved pretty much as I expected it to. It was an unusually pleasant interaction in comparison to most of my recent online interactions with other companies. I would suggest that you consider keeping the same point of contact through the entire experience. While all the people were pleasant it was unnerving to me to change from person to person as I was transferring large sums of money and/or personal information over the internet. It made me wonder each time if someone had inserted themselves in the process to scam me. It just added stress where there was already enough stress. Great overall experience though. Thanks!

My experience with Rocket Mortgage has… My experience with Rocket Mortgage has been nothing but amazing! My loan coordinator was very helpful and made things easy to understand. She was able to walk me through every step with ease. My closing was a seamless process as well.

Mortgage Cash out Refinance Delaware… What made the experience great was the lack of the need to provide a large amount of bank documentation as part of the process. Abilty to pay back the loan was based upon credit score, and the knowledge bills were being paid on time. Very little concern about debt to liquidity ratio. Also e-mails that highlighted next steps needed, and loan progress were very clear. The downside of the exprience was the lack of attention paid to providing checks for credit card creditors in the most current balance amounts. Also we were not totally sure what method of delivery(i.e U.S. Postal, UPS, or Fedex ) these checks were going to come by.
