Everyone we dealt with were professional, pleasant to talk with, basically could give you the feeling they were working for me and doing their most to get me the best deal possibly. I will be 76 yr old next month and have been through many of these deals. I can honestly say this was the best.

We were extremely disappointed with our appraiser. His personal interactions with us let us know that we would not receive a fair and professional product. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately he responded as anticipated. We hope that you never expose any of your other customers to this kind of environment again!

The loan experience was really concise… The loan experience was really concise when dealing with Rocket Mortgage however the experience was not as smooth, working with Amrock Title-company. There were a few glitches which cause the dispersement of the loan to be later than expected. Everything considered I was please with the outcome.
