DEBBIE is an angel DEBBIE is an angel. She walked me through how to get Verve paid off, back in good standing, so when I'm back on my feet I can reapply. She listened, understood my predicament that's caused this unfortunate loan I'm in causing all my payments trouble, she assisted moving my due date which will allow me to get this balance to 0.00 asap. i spoke 2 separate times to… i spoke 2 separate times to representatives that were overseas. They did not document the arrangement that I made. I continue to get more emails and more phone calls today Tuesday, April 9 I received a call and answered and spoke with a lovely gentleman who spent much time with me and helped me get everything straightened out, and I made the past due payment with him immediately I was under the understanding that my account was set up to be an automatic withdrawal, but I was mistaken.
